If you have Celiac and you still have damage and symptoms, then you really need to take a look at whether you are truly gluten free. I would go through everything with a fine tooth comb . . . food and toiletries and possible cross-cantamination. . . keep in mind that formulas change on a regular basis so that something that was gluten free when you checked 6 months ago may no longer be gluten free now.     It would have been better if he had stayed on it for the blood test . . . but my guess is that you still have a chance of a positive test.     I'm with Tim on this one. I bought one that wasn't programmable but had a gluten free setting. Then we figured out that we prefered the Pamela's mix which uses just the standard white bread setting . . . go figure.     Tis a very controversial subject . . . Wheat is listed as an igredient. Testing shows gluten level is OK for Celiacs. CC in restaraunts is always a possibility. It comes down to a personal decision. We eat the fries . . . and haven't had any problems.
