  1. These all sound great - I have been looking for a good crust mix! I have been using the Namaste - and my family LOVES it. My dd says my pizza is even better than Pizza Hut! Which isn't true of course, but it is pretty darn good! I make the whole bag (which makes 2 large pizzas for us), because my family loves the leftovers and will eat them for days afterward...

    YES!! I have it, and have for as long as I can remember. I love all of the things that aggrevate it LOL, so I'd love to know if anything helps. My DH thinks it's weird that I can't use Listerine.

  9. I do too - before I found out I had Celiac, when I would drink beer, I would have allergy symptoms too. Benedryl was my friend LOL

  12. Ok, so I bought some of the Bob's Red Mill All-Purpose Flour - can I just substitute it for regular flour in recipes? Do I need to add Xantham Gum? If so how much? Sorry for all of the questions - I am new to having Celiac - was just diagnosed in July. Thanks in advance for any help!
