    I need some gfdf restaurant ideas. It is so hard to find things my daughter can eat at a restaurant. I tried comparing the dairy free lists with the gluten free lists from some restaurant websites but there isn't much that is on both lists. Any suggestions?

    I used to get a headache just about every day and thought it was sinuses, tension, or stress but when I stopped eating gluten they went away. I never even expected them to, I was trying to fix gastro symptoms, curing the headaches was a HUGE bonus.

    Ok, thank you. I was reading a little and looked up "homozygosity" and read that it means "The state of possessing two identical forms of a particular gene, one inherited from each parent". But the results say its either that or an unidentified allele. So I wasn't sure if that meant I had double DQ2 or an unidentified one. Soo confusing!

    I take it and give it to my kids whenever we have a canker sore, cold sore or any mouth problem. It speeds tissue repair and I swear it cuts cold sore time by more than half. I don't take it regularly though, I bet its good for lots of other things too. I think I will read up on it. What made you decide to try it?
