    I know I have seen a few people that said their doctor diagnosed them with Celiac based on their dietary response. I was just wondering because I had negative blood work and decided not to do the biopsy but did have a major response to the diet.     Yes you can have peanut butter (probably not all brands though). I know Skippy says on their website they are gluten free, thats the kind I eat. From what I have read most popcorn looks ok. I did see somewhere that Act II extreme butter is not ok. But most others seem to be.

    Has anyone found a hot cereal that tastes similar to cream of wheat? I tried one called Rice and Shine and I don't know if I did something wrong but it was awful.     Has anyone ever made a flour tortilla replacement that tastes close to the real thing? I miss breakfast burritos alot and I don't like corn tortillas nearly as much.     My daughters doctor gave me a copy of her blood tests and I have a couple questions. Her celiac panel was all negative but her total IgA was low, barely low. The range is 57-300 mg and hers was 56. What does that mean? The dr said it didn't mean anything. She also had a class 2 reaction to dairy (moderate reaction).     Thank you! I feel very alone in this sometimes. I look around in restaurants and think... like 1 in 100 have this, someone here must be going through this too.
