    Thanks for the reply. What I find surprising is how major of an effect it has. I have massive reactions to even the smallest amount of gluten. To see that a small 5mg dose of Zyrtec eliminates my reaction is a bit hard to believe. I'm going to wait a week and see how I do with something else with flour in it.     Corn starch makes great gravy. In fact a lot of restaurants uses CS instead of flour. We frequent the same restaurants, we get to know the waitresses/waiters, and we make sure if we get a good gluten-free meal, we comment to them, the manager, and in the tip.     Utterly amazing. Zero difference from their regular product to the gluten-free. Cheap too, $9.99. We go there for a Pizza with 3 toppings and a antipasta for 2 for $20. Been to a few and very concious, you even cut your own pizza with a special cutter for gluten-free pizza's.

    I personally do not think that enough Celiac's look into yeast after going gluten-free. Yeast thrives in a unbalanced digestive system.     We called Bagger Dave's in Novi Mi tonight to see if they offered a gluten-free menu. It is a burger and fry place. Not only do they have a gluten-free menu but an extensive one.     I had heard Wendy's used dedicated fryers and would prepare your food gluten-free. We went in and talked to the manager. She said yes everything is prepared separate, they change gloves, no buns on the grill, etc... Been three times and zero issues, the manager always suggested coming into the store, do not use the drive through and in most stores...

    We've been going to three different RR's in the area since we heard about the dedicated fryers. First few times I felt great. Then so-so...sometimes got mildly sick, other times very sick. Either the bacon or the seasoning they put on the burgers is not gluten-free. If its the way they slice the bacon(the slicer itself) or something I don't know....

    See my post about yeast....I had problems with Udi's and other gluten-free breads but I eat all those ingredients regularly in other products, the only common factor was yeast.
