ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Something

I'm confused about some of this. Are the herxes mentioned an all-encompassing ALL herxes or a subset, maybe the worst type of cases, as that's what he more often deals with? I guess specifically I'm wondering whether my own candida herx is included. Hmmmmmmm -

!!!! Oh ya it was definitely the sugar. I had zero sweeteners, zero fruit, not even the vegetables the books call sweet, like carrots & red bell peppers for more than a yr & a 1/2. Nada. Zip. And worth every bit of unrequited craving. I was testing a banana bite cuz (take *that* Donna Webster! ) I'd found an apple didn't hurt me... -

Booooo! I suppose at least the guitar didn't spit pudding at u. Those pairings are so strange and I've read before of those types of things. I've never thought I had a latex problem. I was trying a bite of banana to check a higher sugar content fruit. Oh Jin . . . . . . .u said it all. I guess this part of my post is just... -

Rachel, I'm glad u posted that denatured biz. I usually think of it as an uncorking of the large stringy molecules. It's also hard to get a broken slinky to be right again hehe. Silly example I know but it came to mind. While the whey protein relates to denaturing one way, denaturing itself is a very useful thing too. It's how trychinosis... -

Hehe I thought I made it clear from the beginning; my slice isn't any bigger than yours. Or yours or yours. You, over there! Same slice! Who wants the slice w/ the fancy flower o'frosting on it? It's the Rachelville Health Fund!!!! -

Aaargh I feel like my sidekick failed me!! Rinne, I didn't know u started a candida diet! Did I skip entire pages???? Don't know what your diet was before, but curious about how drastic the change is. I know I felt better on day1 , w/ no die-off until getting on the ND's pills & powders a week later. Sure wish *I'd* already known... -

Hehe while it did have stats in the title, it really was far from the classic "stats class". Mine was an insane math class. Not boring, but certainly quite challenging. -

LOL ya I was slow!!!! Started to see some of same quotes that I'd just read after I clicked [submit reply], just scrolling below that button where 'recent posts' are. D'oh!!!!!!! Sorry to get all RedundantSpice on y'all! P.S. Lifespan data was in one of the articles we both quoted from! -

Hard to quote the quotes but I think I've got them. I hope so. Or maybe my attempt will just look weird. The above are from 2 separate quotes in that post. - can't tell for sure who said them. But I can't help but comment that the mercury amalgam situation is plenty alarming by itself - there's no need for those ppl quoted to propagate misconceptions... -

Didn't need to pay attn in Finite!!! Got an A w/out attending! And I took an insane senior-level "Statistics & Probabilities" class (Math464) where the variables like x & y, instead of standing for numbers, actually stood for entire sets of multi-variable EQUATIONS themselves! So, believe me when I say that a 2nd ticket exactly doubles... -

And I don't know if other parts of CA are different, but I don't think there was much obesity in the Bay Area. Even after de-skewing the data to exclude all the tiny asians. (Well, many ARE small!! <5ft even!!) When the country got tilted so all the nuts rolled to the left, many health nuts rolled too. I take it nobody but me thinks... -

I don't know how many of you get the monthly celiac.com email update (I think kind of like the newsletter, but free), but I've been reading it for years (ugh now that I think of it!) and I think it's good to see what's new w/out any hunting for it. Annnnnnyway, just read of some interesting new research. https://www.celiac.com/st_prod.html?p_prodid... -

This is the 3rd time I bumped into & read this post and it's an LOL every time!!! Now where was that 'monitor shielding' post that also had a necklace type thing mentioned .. . . . . . From an electro-magnetism standpoint, I'd expect the thing on the monitor to do a better job. It's kinda wire-screen-ish isn't it? <oops timer... -

Forgot who had this problem lately but I know I've heard of it a couple times. It's when someone writes a post and somehow some or much of it gets lost between clicking [ADD REPLY] & seeing it posted on the thread. I haven't verified it on a pc, but I believe if u use the [bACK] dropdown box in the browser, and choose TWO back, all your text will... -

Ok before I forget - Donna! From prior post, Capitol or Berryessa Flea Circus? And didn't one sell their land to developers? (I'm thinking Berryessa) [EDIT!! OOPS! DID I GET CARRIED AWAY ON THE GALVANIC WHEN THE COMMENT WAS MORE ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE W/OUT THAT INSANITY BUT W/ MERC ??? (methinks I did . . .. D'oh!!) ] I didn't do much more... -

Hehe a lot more than "supposed to". Figuring the friend is towards where she once worked/lived. I lived in Monterey County for a couple years. Central Coast is nothing short of GORgeous!! She'll have touches of morning fog, burnt off well before noon. Unleashed dingos on the beach, I'll bet. Ahhhhh it's so nice there thru the summer.... -

Yes weird to me too when I was seeing them. Sometimes just periphery, sometimes all over & bigger. Couple non-GI times. One was getting fillings w/ no novacaine or anything since I had a school jazz band concert that night. Why we didn't just reschedule the appt I'll never know. -

Ummmmmm, ok, I'm staying out of this one. <c.spice reluctantly & ever so slowly, very sharp pin in hand, reaches towards Jin's bubble> When I, errrrr . . . .he 1st saw tird, I . ..uhh . . .we(?) figured it was the old U/I typo dealio. Ohhhhh totally diff set-up than my UofAZ. (3,3,4 on the credits in the 3 calc sems) Still, I bet your 2nd class hit ya w/ that off-the-wall vector calc. So, hehe we both had Finite after calc., tho I only had a 3credit equivalent 1st. Hehehe sounds like code for why I took 3 yrs off in the middle. Wow u must have a ball... -

Whoa! I do know just how rare that is for a biz major to get 10 credits of Calc!! Hmmm I bet last one was Vector Calc w/ the "curl" and . . . . . . uhh and . . . .grrrr forgot its counterpart. Somehow vector calc didn't fit for me until 1/2way into the semester. Then it was like an audible SNAP (not current lingo, more fingery) in my head and it was... -

This OCD startup correlating w/ other specific health issues (non-mental ones) is fascinating me. I recall a couple weird OCD-type things starting w/ me, but had never considered looking for correlation w/ physical health declines. Not sure if I have the data to check now. Don't think I'd made notes on the OCD-type behaviors. Anyone know whether... -

LMAO I've never heard that one!! (Kinda surprised w/ all my silicon valley time) Of course, I assumed decimal for the 10, until I got to the end, then had to read it again. Now I need to write things like "a baker's 1100" !! Once I spent wayyyyy too much time trying to figure out an easy way to multiply in hexadecimal in my head. Finally realized... -
