    Do you mean Citric Acid as an ingredient? There's something about the manufacturing process that makes THAT bad for someone battling candida. I think my case was pretty bad when I learned of it in '05, and I still have some I'm sure, but I NEVER ONCE had any problem w/ freshly-squeezed lemon juice in any quantity.     Day 6 here, and have felt fine the last few days. We've heard ~ a week for the visible, and I think I'll be disappointed if I don't see something that grosses me out over the next 3 or 4 days. Who knows? Maybe it takes 2wks or more for some ppl.
