    Sounds yummy & and I can't have ANY of the ingredients!! Maybe the vanilla part IS ok now. I was so strict w/ the anti-candida diet that the mention on a few sites of the vanilla extract being bad due to the process & the alcohol, I've never tested it.     Yup Ohhhhhhhh yeah Quite. I had a terribly serious mental illness before going gluten-free, in addition to most of what of you describe.
