Sorry, but it is not up to us to disprove a wild claim...since it is you who is making the claim that corn gluten could be harmful to celiacs, you must provide the supporting research to back this claim up. The fact is that the vast majority of diagnosed celiacs, including myself, heal up just fine and get healthy again while including corn in their diets...
