Hi TMC! I'm from Puyallup, I drive all the way to Renton to see Dr. Jonathan Wright. He is the person that actually wrote the forward in the book "Dangerous Grains" He is both an MD AND a ND. He is the one dr. out of the 5 I've seen that even mentioned celiac disease. Rachel

Hey Jessica, thanks for your suggestions! The thing is...is that I'm not sure about russell stover and hershey's boxes, but I know a lot of boxed chocolates don't give you a picture showing which chocolates have which fillings, so if one had some gluten containing ingredient, how do you know which ones not to eat!? glix, I have the breadman tr840, or something like that (I don't have the box near), and mine did the same! I used the super rapid rise cycle, and when it was "done" it was still dough... and there is nothing in the manual saying what to do if this happens or if you can add baking time...I'm contimplating taking it back... Thats okay klm, I just heard from someone else that they have a taco with their chicken and veggies from their, and that is t he only fast food they eat. I was just curious if any one else could confirm that they h ad no symptoms with their meat...I'll keep in mind the cheese and chips though Rachel

Thanks for all of your suggestions! I just thought it was wierd it tasted great the first day, and then went downhill. Also, I was surprised to find that I couldn't toast it without it turning out like cardboard. Hello Everyone, I got the Tapioca light bread from ener-g, and was surprised when I first opened it and made a pb&j sandwich, that it tasted like white bread, and wasn't as heavy as a brick! But, the next day when I tried toasting it, it absolutely wouldn't toast, and tasted like cardboard. It tasted better the previous day not heated or anything. So... -

I know that for meat/poultry if there is wheat, barley, oats, they have to list it. And I know Jennie-O states they do that. But, I was at the store and they have the new oven ready easy whole turkeys for thanksgiving and one is a garlic herb flavor, and I was reading its ingredients and it has maltodextrin, but nothing in parathensis...so I was wondering... -

All of yoplait is gluten free, all of nancy's all natural yogurt, Dairy Gold, Brown Cow plain flavor only, horizon organic plain flavor only, all of Cascade fresh, and all of the Wallaby brand. a lot of the soy yogurts are gluten free as well.
