    Yup, then was off on a few more adventures and came home to company and now I have nothing to do so I checked in here I took my son back to the ped. this morning and told him that he had 3 poops with blood in them total since Tuesday night so he has given me a referral to a Ped.     I first get stomach pain that turns into constipation in a couple of days. The rest is anxiety, depression, brain fog, grouchiness, headaches/migraines, forgetfulness, bloating, slight weight gain, insomnia, chronic fatigue, intense cravings for wheat products...........I forgot what else..........I had gluten yesterday! LOL

    He had another poop today with more blood in it and I am waiting for them to get back to me but I don't expect this evening it will happen so cross your fingers that they will get back to me tomorrow!

    I'm not waiting to "see what happens next", I just contacted Children's Hospital in DC and am making an appt. with the Ped. GI doc there, I am hoping they will see him soon as this bleeding worries me sick!

    He didn't seem concerned at all even with my sons 19 month history with abnormal GI issues. We are searching for a ped. GI doc and may just go straight to the Children's Hospital to find one.

    I don't know which way is up anymore everybody but my son had a bit of red streaks in his poop last evening and this morning was more.     He's not on any formula and the only supplements he takes is a vitamin C but that isn't everyday either. He's only had the one black poop and it was BLACK! Not just dark, very weird! He also was not constipated so that isn't it but I don't plan to give him gluten again as it seems to have been from that exposure. He also is allergic to dairy and soy but...

    This was a one time deal, he's not on formula, iron, any medications nor did he eat lots of blueberries or such. The next bowel movement was gray in fact and that one shocked me!

    I've had that intense pain before but it doesn't happen often thank goodness! I don't understand it and it lasts for hours upon hours; I can feel every inch of my intestines until it reaches the end with little to no results.     Our entire family went gluten-free over 3 weeks ago and life is in some ways easier, some harder. Ya, 5 losses was difficult but most were within a week or so of finding out the new PG and one was 17 weeks with no explaination. The earlier the easier.

    I have one that I am thinking may have a gluten intolerance. He was very colicy but don't recall if he did much spitting up but he does display a few symptoms. My newest baby is going to be 6 months next week and when I eat gluten she spits up a lot!!!!

    Yes! When I took my child off (not thinking gluten at the time) which meant me as I was nursing him, he had been waking every 15-20 min. during the NIGHT and sleeping only for about 5 min. at a time during the day.     I wish I had been gluten free in TTC, I have lost 5 babies but have 6 wonderful children but still it hurts to have lost so many.

    Ok, I have really fallen off of the wagon and ate some bread today and shortly there-after I got BAD gas that smelled like rotten eggs! Wow! Is this part of the gluten thing? Sorry to be so icky but the GI itself is a bit icky isn't it? LOL

    Ya, I get the brown rice and grind it up for flour to make bread with as we don't particularly like brown rice itself, so it really doesn't go to waste We make our own rice tortilla's and they are good when fresh. Oh, and I do cook a lot! LOL My only real complaint is our tiny, "weekend warrior cook" kitchen, I need a large, gourmet kitchen where...
