  1. I love the corn tortilla wraps, warmed and filled with gluten free lunchmeat which I can eat, egg salad, tuna salad. Sometimes I just take the tuna or egg salad and fill and eat with a side of glutino crackers. Leftovers are best, oh and baked potatoes with brocolli and cheese, or sour cream.
  2. I am super sensitive but have found that I can eat only the unflavored chex, kix, berry kix, our local grocery store's fruity rice and the cookie crisp sprinkles.. cereal is my most favorite part of the day..so I am happy that I am able to eat some of the cereals...
  3. We went to Culvers for ice cream and we all got really sick. Gluten sick..I ate the frozen custard last week and was fine but had the concrete vanilla today.. we only ordered from their gluten free menu. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

  8. I was doing pretty good..and than I seem to have hit a really bad spell. First, about two weeks ago, I glutened myself. I eat so many of the almonds from Blue Diamond that I picked up a can of the jordan almonds.. ate quite a bit..a couple hours later my ear was throbbing, I got a bad migraine. I went online and saw that they had gluten.. I was able to treat...
  9. I blame the local restaurant for not explaining.. and being rude about it... after reading all of your experiences I emailed the main office and asked them..I know its not a dedicated restaurant but to hear them explain it to us... the Iowa restaurant did a wonderful scare job on me.. now I feel better.. here is the letter: Thank you for your email. 13. great suggestions.... My whole family went gluten free...and it turns out that they all feel better so it is hard for my 12 and 16 year old to go to the fair.. so we will have to check into those options... and funnel cakes at home... by chance do you use a gluten free funnel cake... that would be awesome.. I think I miss that the most. Cotton candy...
  14. I was doing okay with the gluten free diet... I made it through treat days at work, parties.. but this summer has really been horrible...I love going to the fair..but really don't see the point.. I miss this stuff so much.. 17. My doctors have ignored me for years. I didn't know that Celiac/gluten intolerant even existed. It wasn't until I had a random visit with a new chiropractor who within ten minutes told me I had a gluten problem. After ten years and thousands of dollars in tests, I was reluctant to believe him. I did the glutenfree diet for 30 days, thats all he asked of...

  22. Could someone help me? I know this is in no way a substitute for a biopsy but considering no doctor will help me, its all I have. I am confused over the gene panel. Any help would be great. 24. I am really going crazy and needing coffee.. I tried drinking a mccafe mocha.. but fear I was cross contaminated.
