    If I continue, I will go. It feels like I also got something stuck in my throat. Feels like metal or glass or something. I checked the bowl I was eating out of, and it has no chips in it. So I wonder if I got some kind of something from the Chex box as well? That could have been the cause of the blood.

    Well, I know that I am having my worst symptoms in a while after eating the 'gluten-free' Chex... So, they can stick it up they're gluten free factories, customer service know-nothing, should be fired for lying to a moooooody Celiac and have they're tounge tied for a month's, nostril!     Okay, I jinxed myself. I started feeling sick after eating my gluten-free Cinnamon Chex. I looked around, and figured that I hadn't gotten sick from them, because it had only been an hours...     Okay, so I think I jinxed myself. I was JUST on a forum about gluten-free Chex and said how I have never been sick from any. Well, two hours later I am throwing up (gluten symptoms as well), and I am throwing up more than my chex... There are spots of blood all through-out it. Is that normal at times to throw up blood? Or do I need to go to a doctor?

    Well, lately... I have been having my 'mental' gluten symptoms, without being glutened! It is the same..
