  3. If I continue, I will go. It feels like I also got something stuck in my throat. Feels like metal or glass or something. I checked the bowl I was eating out of, and it has no chips in it. So I wonder if I got some kind of something from the Chex box as well? That could have been the cause of the blood.

So, they can stick it up they're gluten free factories, customer service know-nothing, should be fired for lying to a moooooody Celiac and have they're tounge tied for a month's, nostril!   12. Okay, I jinxed myself. I started feeling sick after eating my gluten-free Cinnamon Chex. I looked around, and figured that I hadn't gotten sick from them, because it had only been an hours...   14. Okay, so I think I jinxed myself. I was JUST on a forum about gluten-free Chex and said how I have never been sick from any. Well, two hours later I am throwing up (gluten symptoms as well), and I am throwing up more than my chex... There are spots of blood all through-out it. Is that normal at times to throw up blood?
