  1. I cannot find anywhere where it says gluten free on 4C Totally Light Decaf Drink Mix It has splenda in it and it also says maltodextrin which is listed separately... Has anyone found this mystery out?

  4. I would be glad to... There are 2 pie crust recipes here...one just below and a shortbread one at the bottom...you can use either.... First I will start with the Pie Crust.   5. I just whipped up a Squash Pie. I just used a Rice Flour Pie Crust Recipe that I got online and used my regular Squash Pie recipe with condensed milk and canned squash...it was so VERY good. These are the tips that helped me.... I found that it was easier to double to the crust recipe, and not roll it out...I just patted it in the pie crust pan I also...

I have already decided to go gluten free if my blood work comes back negative...I think there is alot they don't know in regard to gluten intolerance or gluten sensitivity...You can not have Celiac and still get tummy troubles from Gluten...So I am going Gluten Free if my work is negative...
  9. I think it is a good idea that you made an appointment with your MD. I had my bloodwork done yesterday...and before I had my bloodwork and I had big bagel! I have been miserable since then .... gassy, pain in belly...I am not running to the bathroom, but everything just seems to be stuck in there and not moving! arghhhh!   13. I am a newbie on this board so hi to everyone! Within the last week I found out my sister has Celiac Disease... I am of Gaelic Scot origin and have suffered from chronic tummy troubles, including constipation, abdominal pain, weight gain, joint pain, migraines...worse stomach pain with the ingestion of wheat bran... So I am off for antibody blood...
