  1. Great! Good to hear you found a great mixer....Take your time while learning to bake gluten-free...I made lots of FLOPS at first! But save your flops and make bread crumbs from them.... Don't get discouraged just keep at it...and remember it is the long term savings, in the end. The more you practice the better you will become...and don't give up!
  2. Canned fruits like peaches and pears is all my stomach can handle right now...if I eat raw fruits it is not a pretty picture...except bananas Bananas are OK...I like bananas on my gluten-free Cornflakes...YUM!

  5. I have also have been sure to eat more during the day just to reassure my body it is not starving. I nibble on nuts, especially almonds, it seems to hold the hungry horrors away.     I also know how you feel...(I also feel a rant coming on...please forgive me).....I also have been treated very poorly by physicians...I also think that ang1e0251 is right however...We do expect our Dr's to treat us differently than they really do...not that our expectations are a bad thing....Unfortunately they are not taught that way in medical school....

  15. Just one question how did you test very high for milk allergy and moderate for gluten allergy? Your celiac panel seems negative....but as we know many of us test negative....
  16. Welcome to the forum and thank you for sharing your story. I think perhaps all of us have our stories to tell, we walk a hard road with Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivities so very under diagnosed. You are a very courageous human being like all of us who struggle.... I too, do not have a "gold standard" diagnosis...sometimes I struggle with that too...

I think the name of the baker is Scotts Baked Goods I went to the website and there is a map showing locations and it seems that all the Pats Pizza's have them...It even listed Hannaford Brothers They are probably in the Organic Section in the Frozen...

  24. You can also make an Evaporated Equivalent to Evaporated Milk by using Soy or Rice Powder.... I have seen some at my local health food store... Equivalent: Approximately 2 cups of Evaporated Milk Ingredients: * 1 cup Soy or Rice Milk Powder * 1 cup Boiling Water Directions: Combine the two ingredients in a blender, and blend until well...
  25. That seems like a positive test to me! Just like a pregnancy test, no one is just a little pregnant! LOL One thing to remember is that if you go gluten-free prior to your endoscope it might skew your results.... You do have to eating gluten for the endoscopy to be accurate...
