    I have been trying several products(gluten-free) of course. I have found that my favorite pancake syrup is gluten-free (Vermont Made)brand. I tried the 123 gluten-free Buckwheat pancakes mix is really good. The recipe makes about 12 nice size pancakes. The 123 Gluten-free poundcake mix is on the expensive side, but really very good!     Are you having any other symptoms? I astarted noticing a change in my eyesite and it progressed to numbness and tingling in my nose and lips. My calves were also 'buzzing" and humming, it was the strangest feeling I ever had. Basically I think with our condition we really need to keep an eye on our electrolytes.     Actually, I made my chocolate chip cookies only substituting Bob's Red Mill Baking flour(gluten free) I have to buy some xanthum gum, his gluten-free baking flour dosen't have it in it, Pamala's does, though. they turned out very similar to the Regular(wheat) flour. I also tried Pamala's Pancake and Baking mix and it was very good also Actually, I made my sister-in-laws chocolate cake (one you put hot coffee in) and used Pamala's gluten free baking mix and it turned out ok, except it sunk when i stuck the toothpick in to test for doneness.     I used Pamala's Pancake and Baking flower to make my favorite chocolate cake, just substituted the flour (instead of the wheat flour) and it turned out ok. It didn't rise as much as the traditional recipe,but i later checked the box of baking soda,it had expired, so maybe that was why. I'll need to get some new baking soda and some aluminum free baking powder...

    How will it get contaminated by the wheat bread? The sides are seperate and have better than an inch of space between the sides? My family knows my side is the left side.     My husband and i used our Christmas gift certificates from KOHL'S and bought a new 4 slice toaster with individual sides. I have my side, they have theirs! Gave me an excuse to get a new one!

    Try Pamala's Baking and Pancake Mix! I just made some pancakes with it and they were actually very good. I think next time I may try substituting some skim milk and put a tsp of the gluten-free vanilla in it. some gluten free stuff is nasty.     OK. I just spent 4 days in the hospital with numbness and muscle buzzing in my calves! I noticed the facial numbness especially around my lips and nose.     I use cornflake crumbs and cornstarch and some salt and pepper. I roll my chicken in it and use olive oil of corn oil I read all my labels. i make it for all of us that way.

    I was on Bentyl for about two days. Made me zombi-like, I was nauseated, threw-up dirrahea, ended up in hospital for 6 days for dehydration. this was before my diagnosis of Celiac after the Dr.s ran more tests.
