    I am in the same situation... I use John Frieda and they can not guarantee that there product is not gluten-free. I am really upset because I dont know what to do. I love the shampoo/conditioner it makes my hair look great. Does anyone know of the side affects to using a non gluten-free shampoo/conditioner thanks Amanda NY

    Okay, so I just got back from the store expecting to buy my first box of Trix cereal since going gluten-free and I am going down the list reading the ingredients and BAM.....I see wheat starch? I dont get it, I thought that it was on Clan Thompson's mini list? I did just buy my first box of fruity pebbles though....they were good but i wanted trix...

    There are three things that come out of the little tray The middle cup is the gluten-free soy sauce and on either of the two sides is the yellow sauce (spicy mustard) and a red sauce (chilli paste). As far as I knew that was all they ever did for me when I went there. Hope that helped Amanda NY

    Just wondering if anyone has ever tryed anything like this? I just recently started taking Aloe Vera Gel capsuls. I have been in so much pain the past couple of days, I figured hey why not try this? It says on the bottle that is supports healthy digestion. I will let everyone know if it helps. Amanda NY

    I did not know that they had peppermint.....I got the honey flavored one. It is okay, but the B/F was like it smells funny. But I had him replace all of his chapsticks also . He is so sweet I get sick really easily to. Since I have been on the gluten-free diet I still feel like garbage. I just really want to make and effort to do EVERYTHING...

    OMG are you serious!!!!!!! I LOVE MY CHAPSTICK!!!!!!! As soon as I get home, i will have to run to the store and get burts, if you say that it is good and you were a former chapstick lover, well then I hope that I too will love burts. This is so frustrating. THank you Amanda NY

    I have not been feeling well, and I would really like to pin point the culprit. Is chapstick gluten-free or not and if it is which ones are gluten-free. And does anyone else share chapstick with there signifigant other that is not gluten-free. Amanda NY

    That is very interesting, I never thought of that. I will have to clue my mom in. I always wash my hands also, or at least use a baby wipes (i have a little brother, so they are handy)

    I have been trying to stay gluten-free for about 1-1/2 now. the only time that I get a reaction is if I go out to eat and they Gluten me. I never feel good, but I do feel better if I dont eat. the only time that I feel good is if I dont have any food in my stomach. It is so frustraing because I dont need to loose anymore weight and plus I am hungry. ...
