	I have an extrmely large hiatal hernia and I have acid reflux. I was on the max. dosage for prevcid for about 4 years. 	I sometimes use left overs from the night before. If we have rice, and there are vegies left over I will combine the rice and the veggies and I will have a nice healthy lunch.

	My most favorite thing to have is a cake mix that you buy.......It is from the "Really great food company" there batter tastes so wonderful. They have chocolate, vanilla, and lemon. Yummy Yummy.
