    I have an extrmely large hiatal hernia and I have acid reflux. I was on the max. dosage for prevcid for about 4 years.     I sometimes use left overs from the night before. If we have rice, and there are vegies left over I will combine the rice and the veggies and I will have a nice healthy lunch.

    My most favorite thing to have is a cake mix that you buy.......It is from the "Really great food company" there batter tastes so wonderful. They have chocolate, vanilla, and lemon. Yummy Yummy.     I was up to 13 medications a day at one point, but since I have been gluten free, for the most part I am off of all my medications. I was taking prevcid (60mg a day) and then I cut down to 30mg and now I am completly off of it. I would def. talk to your doctor if you think that you are being over medicated.     It is a fact, that making your own juice is better then drinking any of the bottled juices. Also it is easier for your body to digest, fruit juice sits in the stomach for about 45 minutes, while a piece of fruit only sits in the stomach for about 30 minutes.     I have been with my boyfriend for about 1 -1/2. All I have to say is that he is wonderful . He always tries everything first and makes sure that I am eating properly. And when we go out he usually orders everyhting gluten-free so that I can try some of his food and we can share. I def. got lucky with this one Amanda NY

    I usually make my own, I have made it in the crock pot before and I comes out wonderful and I have also made my own by frying. I will see if I can dig up one of the recipes for you.     I recently have just found the BEST gluten-free FLOUR!!!! I belong to this celica group on Long Island and they had a vender there.     As far as that goes, I believe that is why celiac's are only supposed to have American wines and not European wines. I believe that our labeling laws are alot stricter then over in Europe. I don know for sure, but I have been told that. Just a thought
