  8. Can you have meringues? Just egg whites, cream of tartar (or a touch of vinegar), granulated sugar and add ins such as toasted coconut or almonds. Whatever. Or just plain.   14. Vanilla Extract 4-6 vanilla beans, scraped 8-10 ounces Brandy, Vodka or Bourbon Super easy. Just scrape the seeds out of the beans and add to a clean jar. Throw in the beans and top up with alcohol. Let sit about 6 weeks before using. Then whenever you use vanilla bean seeds, throw in the bean. Top up with alcohol - you can continue doing this...

  19. You can easily make all your own condiments - I make ketchups, mustards, barbecue sauces, pestos, salsas, marmalades, preserves... I am so used to making everything from scratch that I cannot imagine buying them.

  23. My experience has been excellent. My dietitian attends all our local group's celiac meetings which is awesome so she gets a first-hand experience on everything celiac related. She did recommend that I request specific bloodwork to check on all vitamin deficiencies (I requested D3, B12, Zinc, Iron - perhaps more). Thankfully my doctor is very aware as well...
