    Simona's Challah recipe on this site is as good as you are going to get. It is homemade and rollable so you can form into ropes to braid the bread. It is one of my favourites and I am a very experienced baker and cook and as such, am very picky. Fun to make, too!

    Exactly! And then when my eyelashes freeze outside that adds another 4 lb per eye and then the tears coursing down my cheeks from the cold hurting so badly freeze into 6 lb chunks. So yes, you are correct.

    But it warmed up substantially overnight to a balmy -25C with a windchill of -35. This past we were the coldest place on earth according to our weather network. Not so unusual...

    I would still try. All beef has caul fat and I'm guessing it usually gets tossed (or taken home by the butcher!) so you're bound to have some somewhere.     Is it possible that the Ranch dressing contains aspartame? When I was ingesting it I had floaters and other issues, too. Aspartame is not recommended for anyone, especially those with AI diseases.

    Oh, Irish, you know more than most how debilitating this can be. I was sooooooooooo hoping going gluten free would help but it hasn't one little bit. Still having massage, acupuncture, cupping, etc. I honestly feel this weather is making things worse. Oh, man, I cannot wait to be in Croatia! Not long now...

    I am about to enjoy Mexican hot cocoa with a wondrous murder mystery. My SI joint shifted according to my chiro and now my body is extra tender. This extreme weather really exacerbates this pain, too. My husband is out of town but will be arriving home in five hours. Not that I'm counting or anything...

    If you want to experience real cold, you are welcome to visit me! It is currently -32 but the windchill is a dangerous -47. It truly is painfully cold and frostbite can occur in 90 seconds on exposed skin. I am not exactly liking this! Darned stupid dumb winter!!!

    Sorry not to respond sooner. Pain worse. Will get back to you when I can! Elk does need additional fat as mentioned above. Is it possible to request caul fat from the meat section at your store? It is a very thin layer that resembles lace.
