    Thanks everyone for the input. I've never seen Stonyfield brand yogurt (maybe it's an American product?) but I've seen Yoplait. I know I had trouble in the past with the mueslix ones before going gluten-free, but I was curious about the peach and strawberry flavours.

    So I've been gluten-free for 8 weeks, and yesterday I got glutened. Ugh. I was supposed to go out tonight to the bar with my boyfriend and a friend, and I had to pass because my stomach is still feeling iffy and I'm still a little out of sorts.     I've been reading some conflicting information regarding modified corn starch... I was going to eat some activia yogurt, but I see it has both corn starch and modified corn starch on the label.     I feel your pain, completely. It's frustrating when you go to the trouble to make sure everyone understands you have serious restrictions, and you get glutened anyway.     So after checking the Swiss Chalet website, I found their chalet sauce listed as gluten-free. However, I just came across a comment on a website that claims that chalet sauce is "full of gluten." So I'm a little conflicted now and I'd love some input.

    One more idea based on something I read a while ago (feel free to chime in if you disagree, folks!)...apparently, because the gluten-free diet is lower in fiber than the "regular" diet, bloating and constipation can be more common for gluten-free eaters.     Hi, I recently (mistakenly) bought a box of Sun-Rype Fruit Source bars. I checked the ingredients before eating it, and I didn't think anything looked gluten-y... but now I'm starting to get sinus pain, right after eating it. Anyone else have a reaction to these? As an aside, Sun-Rype Fruit-to-Go doesn't usually bother me at all.
