Gluten, corn and casine free since 2006

I discovered this through protein testing in Europe- I hear that the test can be done in North America but I don't know what it is called.

I have done LOTS of research: reading, talking to doctors, nutritionists, natural paths, but I still like to hear new facts or advice. I am happy to hear from anyone that takes the time to write me a message. :)

  7. 3 tbsp of flax seed (ground up fresh in my coffee grinder) with a glass of water works well for me. I need to remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day or the flax seed will cause the opposite effect that I am looking for.

  10. Where I live, a benefit of having medical proof that you are celiac is that you can get money back from the government for gluten-free food that you have bought, if you save your receipts of course. Maybe you have something like that in your area?
