  12. Sounds good, what did you use for salad dressing? I haven't been Dairy Free very long and was a huge fan of homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. I haven't had a salad since sadly having to give-up dairy.

  22. Yum Turkey!!! The crunchy oat chicken turned out absolutly delicious! I made a giant pack of thighs and there were no leftovers...I've been making these for 20 years, with the last 2.5 years being modified gluten free. Next time I make them, I'm going to use crushed rice or corn chex instead of tapioca flour, even though they turned out great, I think...

You are absolutely right, starting from scratch DOES mean just that, starting from scatch, and I'll bet no matter how far out we are, we can read the basics and learn something, maybe something that never clicked before, but clicks now because we are more experienced. Great job putting all that together for her.
