  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. I am going to Texas Roadhouse for dinner tonight for my friend's birthday and I wasn't sure if they had anything that was gluten-free on their menu or anything that would be safe. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thank you! I found this website with menu options is it a good place to go? Open Original Shared Link
  3. YAY! I love doing these! 1. Good Eatz Snickerdoodles (My nutrition store just started carrying Good Eatz, they are a PA based company with really yummy cookies and mini cakes- their Peanut Butter and Chocolate candy cake is the best!!) 2. Grainless Baker Muffins- (also a PA based company) MUFFINS (especially blue berry and chocolate chip) and BREAD...
  4. i am really particular about my food, because well i've only been gluten-free for about 18 months and I still know what real food tastes like- I have found that food by The Grainless Baker is really wonderful, I believe that they'll ship their foods and I really have been impressed. I have tried their muffins, bagels, bread crumbs and pizza crusts and they...
  5. Hello everybody, it's been a long time since I have posted... but I had a breakdown (a much needed breakdown) about 2 weeks after my initial post. I had seen my father for the first time in 4 years, and everything horrible just hit me like a ton of bricks. Not to mention, my beloved grandmother (whom practically raised me) was in the hospital for un-diagnosed...
  6. I hate to be rude and say this again, but the ONLY soups Campbells say that are gluten-free are the ones above. (In America)... I would steer clear of anything else.
  7. Campbell's has just sent me a gluten-free list via mail and it says the only soups that are gluten-free are the following: Chunky Soup- Chicken Broccoli Cheese 18 oz Select Soup- Savory Lentil 19 oz And that's all. I stick with Progresso- I haven't tried these two Campbell's soups- I'd be willing to- but if you have any doubt, try Progresso...
  8. i was on a website that was promoting Larabar Bars, Cashew Cookie flavor and i wanted to know if they were any good?
  9. i like all of there gluten-free chicken dinners. chicken bryan is really good- but the chicken marsala is wonderful too!
  10. I do have hypothyroidism... is that what you mean??? I need to have my levels checked again, and my anxiety had just started up recently again.. hmm, I will look into that. To everyone else, thank you for sharing your stories with me ( well all of us). I have noticed it helps to know you aren't alone. Richard- so sorry for your loss.
  11. Sounds kind of like PMDD. Have you ever been tested for that? Maybe you should bring that up to your doctor. I've never had suicidal thoughts on my period, but I do get very and I mean VERY moody- I snip at everyone, I cry ugh- emotional rollercoaster! I would mention PMDD to a doctor though- also I am a big COSMO magazine girl and in this month's issue...
  12. I am on Levoxyl, and I do very well on it. I could tell a dramatic difference from not being on a thyroid medication. I was accidentally prescribed Levothyroxine and it messed up my menstrual cycle and made me very crampy and tired. As soon as I went back on to Levoxyl I was fine- and there were no more problems. But I am sure every person will react...
  13. Have the strength to not harm your body like that. I still need to get use to gluten-free food and it is difficult but it is totally worth it!! Good luck!
  14. Dinogirl- thank you for such inspiration!! You really overcame a lot and it is so very commendable! I am not near the point of destruction that you were, but yet any amount of fear can paralyze you into feeling overwhelmed and unattainable to the outside world. I have said this before, but I do need to talk to someone. I am only 21 years old and this is...
  15. Do you anxiety problems? I have been to several therapists in my life, and you are right it is hard to find someone who molds to you or that you feel comfortable with. I will however give it a second chance, if not for me then my husband, because I am driving him crazy! And let's face it no household needs two crazy people . The Xanax really did work...
  16. This is kind of hard to talk about, but I figure I discuss my "poo" with you people , I can discuss something else. When I was 17 I had my very first panic attack, it was so late at night and I thought I was dying. My heart raced and I thought for sure it was the end of the world. For 2 years I had deblitating attacks that would take me to the ER and attacks...
  17. I am the same size as you 5'2" and roughly 102, it fluctuates between 102-105. The good thing is that we are not UNDER weight. There are girls that are like 5'8" and only 115-120 pounds. I am very unhappy, however, with my weight- I was always on the thicker size- before being diagnosed I was 20 pounds heavier and then dramatically lost it all. I don't feel...
  18. I feel so gross talking about poo... sorry guys. I'm guessing it is normal for you side abdominal muscles to be a little sore when you are going to the bathroom. (I was thinking because the D hasn't completely gone away that it is making my body hurt). I freak out about everything... I don't understand!! I went this morning and it started...
  19. O.A.R---- WOWO!! I haven't found too many people that know who they are! I love them! Seen them in concert like 4 years ago- rock on!! Lister- thanks, I completely forgot about Maroon5- love them too! (by the way I love Stuie!)

  21. I am an AUGUST baby... so I didn't fit this mold!
  22. Stupid me... I don't know what these things are... Or where to find them.... Also, I still have very mild D (like I only go once a day) and I found that my vitamins and fiber supplements were not gluten-free, so I am sure that has something to do with it. I've never gotten D from being glutenend- so I am not sure how long this is going to last...I wish...
  23. HMMM... no luck. I did that... and nothing happened. I give up! I deleted my Avatar-- I'm just having a lot of problems today.... thanks for your help- I'm not meant to have an avatar!!!
  24. Ok, I will try... but I have left the site for about 2 hours came back on and it still is this picture!! How much refreshing do I need to do!
  25. I use Lundberg Wild Rice Cakes (lightly salted). I find them at my local nutrition store- you may be able to get them off line too. They are really good, and I use them for about everything! (Even little pizzas) Good luck!
