    Umm "Raw Cooking" ? Isnt that an oxymoron??? There are some foods, most fruits and veggies, that are much better raw, but uncook meat/eggs/etc? No thanks! I wont risk my famlies health with that! For veggies, nothing beats GARDEN fresh veggies in a nice salad though.... I have to find money to replant my veggie garden. Even boiled corn on teh cob is...

    I'll be honset, when I have posted in defense of ppl like Radman, and been yelled at for it up and down, (you know for saying things like sterotyping is bad) I have had to walk away from the computer myself. Everyone tends to loose sight of the fact there is real ppl and real feelings behind posts and I think ppl tend to forget that real ppl get hurt by posts...

    Any one know what big chain stores carry it? Checked my Kroger this am, but they do not have it. Vance Foods we site is no help in finding it locally.

    "Dannon yogurt products are characterized as either gluten safe or not gluten safe" THe fact they are redefining and making up terms is enough of a red flag for me to aviod all thier products.

    Stoped at my Kroger on way in to work, made even later then normal, but no Vance DariFree there. So eating my Cocoa Puff dry for now. Not quit the same, hehe.

    I certinly be willing... if I ever saw it anywere in town, which so far the only sorbet I have seen is the Whole Fruit brand that Kroger carries.

    I wore out my Ice Cream maker, making real ice cream... so I will have to get a new one. I have take frozen strawberries+banana's and gotten a nice think liquid out of the blend that I bet would freeze well in an icecream maker... if I had one. What is "Vance's Darifree"?

    WEll distilling removes gluten, but thers no garrentee they did not add the gluten back in along the way by reusing contianers, mixing in the mash, etc.

    well, Vingar is the same deal (execpting if you have a YEAST problme..) and neither my son nor I react to products with vingar in them. Thats as close as I get, I just not what you call a drinker

    I cant stand the taste of soy, I have tried a few now. Not seen any of the rest of what you list I will have to look for them.

    Dont have any facny links for you , but basicly the gluten protien is to big to be carried through the distilling process. I'll see if I cna find some fancy links for you......

    BAH. After being dairy free for a while I reintroduced diary in small amounts. Now Im sick again. Not gotten my blood work back, but I dont see how it could not show milk at this point. UGH. Gluten was easy to deal with loossing, but ice cream???... ugh. this stinks!!
