  2. Bah! Got a reply back from Backyard burgers, it has ingredents from EVERYTHING they sell. To give you and idea, the fries are on page 40 and 41!. Fries have WHEAT FLOUR clearly listed. All versions of there fries. If anyone wants the document, pm and I will fwd you the email. Their Low Carb burger is gluten-free so long as you watch CC and topings...
  3. I never heard of this stuff, but my son's teacher called and asked if it was safe, so I just droped them an email. I got an answer back with in MINUTES of emailing them.... Yay! Now to just find out what they are LOL.
  4. Buffet lineyou siad? I would say it si possible (and I have personaly seen this) that some well thinking soul picked up some fuit, put in on thier plate with gluten, changed thier mind and put it back... thiking that it was no bigge cause they used a fork or somthing... or a utensil got diped in the pasta, then the fruit... see that alot too.

    My Favorit fast fod burger si the Low Carb Burger at Backyard burgers, they actually COOK it when you order it, and its real meat, not htat grey stuff. However, I have not yet got any reply back from them about gluten in thier spices, or etc. So I am hestant to try them again, eplsy while recovering still and prbly not notice any sympton chnage.     Again, I must stress at how EACH FAST FOOD PLACE IS DIFFERENT. I have _never_ found a McDonalds where the fries were safe to eat. I worry when ppl post stuff like you do that ppl will read that and think thier McDonalds is safe. If your ever out my way, I hope you do not eat at any of the McDondlas that have gluten'd my son. Personaly I will not...

    The reality of it is all fast food fries are a risk. Some ppl try to tell me McDonalds are safe, yet I have yet to find a McDonalds that is safe, Lovegrov say BK is safe others disagree... This places are franchise, so you never know what your going to get when you go into one and thier is alway a high risk of CC. I highly suggest you aviod ALL deep fried...

  17. Well I use raw sugar, not the white junk, but I dont think I have ever seen Agave anywhere around here. Myabe whole foods carrys it but its rare I drive all the way out there! 45 mins 1 way....

  19. I do simular... cept simpler and cheaper I use whole milk, and kroger cocoa, and raw sugar as my only ingredinets. I make the "slury" up first wth milk and cocoa instead of water. OH! I do occasionaly add sugar free Divninc's syrup to add some various flavores...
  20. Ive decided I am going to stick with NEstle when I can (and when not making my own) soly becasue of the 100% Gluten Free label. But thats just me, I just try to vote iwth my dollar in these cases.

  24. My son had his at 18months old. He was in no pain that we can tell, and the only reocvery was sleeping off the drugs that they used to put him under. Realy I think it was much harder on his parents then him! I personaly had 2 endoscopes and the worst of it was a sore throat after it. As for accuracy... Biposy are considered teh "standard" here in...
  25. Depends alot on the child. My son was 18 months old when we did it, and we notice a major difference with in 3 days. Took longer for 100% recovery, of course.
