    Alll I can say, is that in my epxerence on a varatiy of makes, models and OS's those programs worked very well and caused no problems, including Dell, csutom built, and other brands, using OS's from Win 98 through XP-MCE 2005. Like I said, others will post thier opinions, but in my esperence those are the best of the lot for spyware/adware removal.

    I have not seen any popups on this site, its possible your machine is infected with spyware/etc, you should get one of the good scanners like...     Yea, we get free bag at 10 too. Rather them reduce the price by 10% and not be bother with the silly card, but thats just me.

    Found that Nutro Natural Choice one, was only one in our local stores.. $30.99 for 40 pound bag, not as cheap as I hopeed, but better then I feared at least!

    Before I as DX'd and it was just my son, we all went gluten-free cause its alot simpler, and cheaper (less double buying), so I have to second that suggestion.

    Form a pure Celiac point of view MSG is fine BUT MSG causes problems in many ppl, reguardless of Celiac, so you might want to aviod it anyways.

    We only buy "natural" peanutbutter, that has only peanuts in it, and not all that extra junk and chemicals like Jiff, and etc. That kind never has gluten in it. We typical by the store barnd of it for cost reasons of course (kroger in this case)

    The only reason to get the bisopy if you have postive blood work is for insurance reasons. Some Insurance companies will not cover vit tests, bone scans, presciption vits, and etc with out hte biopsy. But remeber to do the biospy you have to do MORE damage to your system and set back your recovery...

    It will take more then a week of gluten to impact the test, more like 3 months. If you get sicker when you add gluten, and gett better when you take it away then you have your answer. I would suggest at this poitn you go completely gluten-free for a while and see what happens, If your symptons start falling off, then you have your answer and do not...

    There are insurance reasons for geting the postive bisopy. So the GI might have a vaild reason. That being said, I would tell the GI that I do no want an Endoscope, that postive blood work was enough for me, and I will try the diet for a while and see how it goes. But thats just me.

    Learning to read/write with dyslexia is a challange, but doable. My posts here are not any where near perfect, but they are legible.     Foglers Coffee, all flavors is gluten-free. So I just stick with that one. I am sure there are plenty others, but foldgers is easy to find.
