  1. Well he is an extremly active child, he just can not seem to sit still, literly cant handle siting at the talbe while chewing current bite! LOL The amount of time to chew one bite is to long for him LOL, and he DESPERATLY hates being confined. So take that personality, strap it on to a board and brace the head to keep it still whileyou work with a needle...
  2. I dunno many of those ingredients. But the Chamomille is what makes him sleepy. We brew it as a tea some times late at night for my wife.
  3. Wellllll we were visiting my Mom in NJ, and he went sprinting aross her kitchen at full power, slipped trying ot make a sharp turn and fell head first in to the courner of a cabinet.
  4. Ummm... how many doughnuts do you get in hte 16oz pack?
  5. Oh and forgot he is also alergic to EGGS (did not know that when was trying waffles) so I would nto exaclty be willing to try again The only thing we have foundthat helsp at all (mind you only HELPS) is motrin/tyneol combos. And this is a TOUGH kid. He was running around the emgerency room playing HAPPILY littlery with a HOLE in is hea right down to...
  6. There are enough MickyD's out ther taht you and I both could have eaten at like 20 in each state and never eaten at the same place. With the very high turn over these kinds of places happen to have you can not even count on seeing the same results between trips. I strongly urge MUCH caution with ANY fried foods away form home. Personaly I aviod...
  7. He does not like the gluten-free waflles, we have tried a few brands. And the gel ons dont reach the back four molars without chokeing him. Tried them but thanks! Dont have either of those stores here. Got a brand name or anthing?
  8. 1 day either way wont make a difference. "Low carb" is normally low wheat/flour and that WILL impact it.
  9. STOP TEMPTING ME!!!! UGH!
  10. Where did you find the "Homeopathic Teething Tablets"? I have not seen anything like that. We tired orjel but thats pointless and gets you bit lol. And yes to the piggy back(thoug we do 3 hours)! Ugh I hate giving him that much drugs, but whatcha gonna do?
  11. Yea same ones... he sticks his whole hand in his mouth to try and chew on it and gags himself. Feel like a drug dealer but end up givein him a at least dose of montrin daily.
  12. Visit my web site (see sig) for pictures of him to see how cute he is! As for teeth, I dunno if they were late? I know he got them at an older age then his nephew and he has not gotten his last 4 molars yet. He is teething like nuts, but no sign of them. I think its real hard ot tell if teeth late since theres such a broad range of disagreement on when...
  13. We had a hard time thinking it was diet related too, but for the opisite reason. Our son has always be huge for his age, used to be in the 105th precentile (did you know there was one? LOL) so when he "shrank" to "only" the upper 80's it took us to long to realize he was losing ground, just started so far ahead.
  14. No, he did not have the distended tummy. I do not know why some do and some do not. He was actully shrinking, was pretty scary!
  15. Yes, (at least?) two things will impact the blood test. 1) If your IgA decificent (like me), and your doc ONLY does the IgA test, which is calimed to be 99% accurate, then you will show NOT celiac disease, reguardless of anything else. The only way to beat this is to have all of the celiac disease blood tests done. Theres 5 total, but even if you got ...
  16. Wish I could try them.,.. but they not in my area yet Plus they probably not egg free....
  17. Any of the sugars, "real" or not, are not good for you, and all can cause different ppl different problems. I have no problems with Splenda, and most ppl can tolerate it just fine. HOWEVER many (I do not have any hard numbers) ppl can not. For those ppl it causes the typical GI symptons. If your one of those ppl I would suggest you aviod splenda,. ...
  18. THe Audiologist looked in his ears and did not see anything wrong, but insisted that a ENT might see something she did not. My wife wears a hearing aid as a reminder of the FOUR TIMES she had tubes in her ears as a child. My son has only had one ear infection in his life, and that was cleared up easily with Amoxilyn or somthing like that. An antibotic. ...
  19. Thats the big problem with these kinds of places, they are VERY local senstive due to the fact they are franchizes. Thats why we have widly diffferent expernces at them.
  20. Wow, Im getting to this thead late I think LOL. Sounds like you got a lot of great advice here.. just wanted to drop a note of support in . My son was 18months old when we finaly figured out it was celiac disease, he got better fast, I would say less then 2 weeks... but every child is different, so dunno that the 2 weeks will hold for you. He is almost 2...
  21. If its 100% pure grapefruit juice its gluten free. If it has additives, then its dependent on the additives.
  22. Absolutly! If you know have a postive test result you need go gluten-free, you have celiac disease. The only reason to NOT go gluten-free is if you want to do enough damage to actually show up in the tests.
  23. When my son was born he had one of them there infant hearing tests, and passed with the absolute best score possible. He is around 2 1/2 years old now, and is not speaking yet, at all. So via a program with the state we have 2 speech tutors come to our house weekly to work with him (on 2 dif days) been that way for several months now, and at our request they...
  24. Yea, with the exepction of PURITY DARIES everyone I have contacted has said the same. Purity refused to disclose that information when I asked them so I refuse to buy thier products, even though tey are probably just as safe....
