  2. I have Open Original Shared Link which I got from Target for $59.99. I just set it on "Basic" mode and it works with out any problems at all with all the gluten-free recipes and mixes I have tried so far.
  3. MOst Excellent. Site says 2-5days for delviery. Once that arrives I'll stop by my docs and see if i can get them to sign it. Worht a $20 copay if they will do it thats for sure!

  9. They siad thats the ONLY test the insurance company will pay to run. My only other option would be the York Labs route for $99. I might call them later and see if they got any supplies in yet. But probably wont. Ive been gluten-free 2 weeks now I think... eversince that blood test was taken.

  12. Matlida... old hand? Hmm you jioned the board a MONTH befor me, so what does that make YOU? As for symptons... somem place burreid here on the site is a long post with my symptons in it. Short version... Anemia, pain, gass, lose floating stools, those kinds of things.

  14. It says : t-Transglutaminase (tTG) IgA < 1 Thats it for celiac disease. EDIT: tehres a page of other tests, but all normal.
  15. Well got my fax this am. The only test they ran was: t-Transglutaminase (tTG) IgA < 1 Says 0-3 is "normal". But I also notice that my "Bilirubin, total" is at the absolute limit of normal , 1.2 mg/dl, what is that?

  17. Yes I am amenic but for now the diet change(refering to the increase of redmeat and other iron rich foods), and 250% iron supliments is keeping that in check. There is no known cause of he Anemia, so thats one of the reasons I followed the celiac disease train this far. I plan to call this AM and get my actual results faxed to me, I ma a very anaylitcal...
  18. I have been test via the scratch test for like 40 or somthing food allergies, none found. I have had 2 endoscopys, and 2 rounds of the blood test... from a purly objective stand point it would be very hard to argue celiac disease at this point. I am plaing to get the AC1 test next as they said "you blood sugar is a little high , but dont worry about...
  19. No I did not see any dramitc postive when I went gluten-free, but I though I saw dramtic negative when I went back on gluten. I worried it was the placbo effect (Im looking so hard for an answer, I make on..) so I wanted the objective blood test as a measure. I will stay gluten-free mainly because of my son who does have postive blood work, just makes it...

  23. I agree.. it be nice to take a pill then know I can safely order gluten free foods in a resturant and not worry about cross conatmination for example. The vast majority of gluten foods I just do not eat, and realy the only danger (should my test prove postive) to me is hidden gluten in things that should not have it.. and be nice to have some kind of recoruse...
