    It is at the tool bar at the very top of the page. Mine shows favorites and to the right of that it has something that looks like a clock with a green arrow on the outside of it. If you put your mouse over it, it will say history. I only keep 5 days in my history so it was real easy to delete everything that had to do with this site. Good Luck.

    I used up all of my Enjoy Life chocolate chips and NO ONE carries them here. So, I email the gluten free store on this forum to see if they can send me a case or two of them frozen (remember I live where it is HOT). The lady was so nice, but she found out that they won't send any of the non frozen items in freezer boxes. I have to wait until this winter...

    Rachel, I got the loaf of bread out of the freezer and tapioca starch is listed, plus whole eggs. Sorry. I cannot have anything with any corn in it as that is how I got so sick before the pneumonia.     Rachel, have you read the labels on Kinninnick (sp) bread. I buy that one as there is no corn or dairy in it. It has for the last ingred. listed as soy lecthithin (sp) But, since I only have 2 to 4 slices a week and some weeks none, I am not going to worry about that last ingred.     I drink 3 mugs full of coffee every morning. But, I don't have any coffee after late morning. If I did have coffee later then that, then I have a hard time going to sleep.

    You can have a false negative on the blood tests, but you can never have a false positive. If you get a negative, you can always go gluten free to see if you improve. Some notice improvement in days and for some it takes longer. That does not mean that you heal as fast as you notice improvement. It takes time for the small intestine to heal - after all...

    No, I don't think you should accept the IBS diagnosis. Most of us on here, consider it a catch all phrase for they don't know what is wrong. Find a doctor who will do the COMPLETE Celiac panel.     Susan, did you do one of those chemical face peels? Someone I know had a professional job done for $5000 and when I saw her face two weeks later, I said ouch. She said the professional job takes about 6 weeks to heel. Even if you did a home face peel - you are a much braver soul then I am. Hope whatever you did gets the job done that you want.

    I agree with Rachel. I have been trying to find out if she has posted about how the Ketotifen has worked for her, but I cannot always read every single page or post to find out. I try to look for Rachel's postings to see if the info is there. My Ketotifen is on hold as the main ingred. is on back order. But, I hope to be able to get it this coming week...

    I AM FINALLY ABLE TO READ THIS THREAD! I did what Carla suggested and went to history and deleted each one individually. Which is really weird as I only keep a 5 day history of cookies.     How do I clear the History? Are you talking about cookies in general. I delete cookies (whole computer) every 7 to 10 days. I just deleted the cookies on this board and I still can't view those two threads.

    I rebooted and I still cannot view the OMG thread. This is the only thread I cannot access. Did I offend someone, somehow, and I have been banned. Correction, I also am unable to view the shocking story thread.

    for over 12 hours I have been unable to view the OMG thread. I see that some have posted. When I click on the last page that is shown, Rachel's April posting comes up. When I click on the last posting (today), I get an error message that says the file has been moved or something like that. Am I doing something wrong?

    That would be so wonderful if you are now on the mend. I would think that when you cleaned out for the colonoscopy (and that sure cleans you out) that it did get the rest of the garbage that was still taking its sweat time to come out.
