  1. It is at the tool bar at the very top of the page. Mine shows favorites and to the right of that it has something that looks like a clock with a green arrow on the outside of it. If you put your mouse over it, it will say history. I only keep 5 days in my history so it was real easy to delete everything that had to do with this site. Good Luck.
  2. Carla - I just lost it over the orange sticker and the hope no one would sell it. Thanks for the belly laugh. I have just spent over 30 minutes reading all 3 threads and I should be in the kitchen baking some things for me to put weight on.
  3. If Celia pull the Ostrich avatar, how is anyone going to know what I look like. I don't have any other photo of me and besides have not figured how to put it on here, even if I did. Her Avatar is the nearest to my looks as any that have been here. I am skinny like the bird, gray hair, real short gray hair, and when I am playful, I can spike it like the...
  4. Cissie, you tore me up. I started on number one and lost it. How funny. Number five I have a hard time with. When it is 115 outside and I plan on being out for awhile, I HAVE to wear cap sleeves as it is just too hot. I just try and pretend that my upper arms (and lower arms) are when I was 20 - he he. I also try and keep them tucked into my sides while...
  5. That is so awesome. Congratulations for maintaining it.
  6. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIMOTHY! And it certainly is a happy one for his parents. Congratulations on a job well done.
  7. I used up all of my Enjoy Life chocolate chips and NO ONE carries them here. So, I email the gluten free store on this forum to see if they can send me a case or two of them frozen (remember I live where it is HOT). The lady was so nice, but she found out that they won't send any of the non frozen items in freezer boxes. I have to wait until this winter...
  8. I keep saying that that bird needs red lipstick and a red bow. That bird is me and I love red. I am sorry Susan that you are going through such personal evaluation. I can relate in my own small fashion about looks. Before I got so sick before the diagnosis, I wore a size 16 and everyone just thought I was big boned, which I am not. I always wanted...
  9. Rachel, I got the loaf of bread out of the freezer and tapioca starch is listed, plus whole eggs. Sorry. I cannot have anything with any corn in it as that is how I got so sick before the pneumonia. I can have a little soy and a little casein on rare occasions without much wheezing, but the corn does me in immediately. Maybe there is a recipe for a corn...
  10. I am so sorry that Megan is still gagging. Am certainly happy that she is still improving. I am still sending prayers and warm hugs to you and your family.
  11. Rachel, have you read the labels on Kinninnick (sp) bread. I buy that one as there is no corn or dairy in it. It has for the last ingred. listed as soy lecthithin (sp) But, since I only have 2 to 4 slices a week and some weeks none, I am not going to worry about that last ingred. Nothing else I eat has any soy in it. Some people have mentioned other...
  12. Leah - sorry everyone to get off topic - but is your avatar a photo of you. That is such a wonderful photo whoever it is.
  13. I drink 3 mugs full of coffee every morning. But, I don't have any coffee after late morning. If I did have coffee later then that, then I have a hard time going to sleep.
  14. You can have a false negative on the blood tests, but you can never have a false positive. If you get a negative, you can always go gluten free to see if you improve. Some notice improvement in days and for some it takes longer. That does not mean that you heal as fast as you notice improvement. It takes time for the small intestine to heal - after all...
  15. No, I don't think you should accept the IBS diagnosis. Most of us on here, consider it a catch all phrase for they don't know what is wrong. Find a doctor who will do the COMPLETE Celiac panel. If you don't need an official diagnosis, then just go TOTALLY gluten free and see if you improve. I have to tell you that if you go gluten free and improve, then...
  16. Susan, did you do one of those chemical face peels? Someone I know had a professional job done for $5000 and when I saw her face two weeks later, I said ouch. She said the professional job takes about 6 weeks to heel. Even if you did a home face peel - you are a much braver soul then I am. Hope whatever you did gets the job done that you want.
  17. I had already done the "delete" the whole cookie thing from my computer. But, I also did what Carla said to do and voila, there I was able to read the thread. THANK YOU.
  18. I agree with Rachel. I have been trying to find out if she has posted about how the Ketotifen has worked for her, but I cannot always read every single page or post to find out. I try to look for Rachel's postings to see if the info is there. My Ketotifen is on hold as the main ingred. is on back order. But, I hope to be able to get it this coming week...
  19. I AM FINALLY ABLE TO READ THIS THREAD! I did what Carla suggested and went to history and deleted each one individually. Which is really weird as I only keep a 5 day history of cookies. Rinne, I hope your dog is back by now. It is so hard waiting for them to figure out how to get home. Celia, I love your quote. I printed it out as it is so beautiful...
  20. How do I clear the History? Are you talking about cookies in general. I delete cookies (whole computer) every 7 to 10 days. I just deleted the cookies on this board and I still can't view those two threads.
  21. I rebooted and I still cannot view the OMG thread. This is the only thread I cannot access. Did I offend someone, somehow, and I have been banned. Correction, I also am unable to view the shocking story thread.
  22. for over 12 hours I have been unable to view the OMG thread. I see that some have posted. When I click on the last page that is shown, Rachel's April posting comes up. When I click on the last posting (today), I get an error message that says the file has been moved or something like that. Am I doing something wrong?
  23. Karen, that is wonderful news about Rhiannon and your Mom. Yesterday was a great day for news. And you also slept better. Beverly, have a wonderful trip to the Northwest. Donna, I now am able to only drink diet 7-up as there is no corn syrup in it. Good luck in figuring this out. I hope it is not corn as that is worse then gluten to get out of your...
  24. That would be so wonderful if you are now on the mend. I would think that when you cleaned out for the colonoscopy (and that sure cleans you out) that it did get the rest of the garbage that was still taking its sweat time to come out. So glad that today has been a wonderful one for you. BTW your Dad looks like a wonderful Irish sweetheart.
  25. What do you mean HA? Last week I came home from getting my short hair cut with it jelled and spiked to the nines. I thought it was funky and fun, but my family did not like it much - he he. And my hair is certainly gray. See you took a photo of me on the day my hair was spiked. You should have seen this skinny, gray haired bird (he he) with spiked hair...
