    I have taken baths with Epson Salts and soaked my back. I use Sarna (sensitive) anti-itch lotion, it works better for me than any OTC product. It was less expensive at Wal-greens.     So sorry for the loss of your home! I believe when I become anxious the remaining lesions itch more. I have pics on photo bucket too, in past postings.     I have not had a EGD biopsy yet. I have had 3 biopsies of the lesions/blisters so they did not show DH. If you see a Dermatologist, he/she needs to test next to a lesion with immuno light, otherwise you will get a negative result. My blood test did not show the antibodies either.     Not from wheat but tocopheryl acetate which probably isn't good for me to use. It is used in many cosmetics but there is caution as it can be an irritant to skin, causing blistering, itch, etc. So, I probably won't use it now. It has coconut oil and soybean oil when checking the ingredients. Golly, I am finding I have to read the label on EVERYTHING!

    I have had Shingles and they are painful and itchy. Mine appeared as a cluster of pox like lesions and spread down a nerve run. I can't imagine your rash being Shingles w/o pain. I have seen Shingles on other people that resembled your photos but they too had pain, soreness, itch. Your doctor could be right. . . hmmmm

    I see you are insulin resistant and assume you are diabetic. Diabetes alone can cause the fatigue that you are feeling. Are you blood sugars regulated by insulin?     I started Dapsone after researching and asking my PCP to prescribe it. She took blood test after 4 days and everything was ok. I am glad I started it. Having great results!

    I don't think I was having a reaction to the Dapsone. I continued taking it and watched carefully for skin changes. I have seen a few hive like places but they go away quickly. Thanks for your response.
