Hi, I have positive anti-gliadin IgA, all other blood neg, biopsy neg, but reponse to gluten-free and DF diet has been remarkable! Thus I believe I have Celiac, or at least gluten intolerance. Chipotle was a gluten-free staple of mine until I started having reactions to it. Out of about 100 times I've eaten there, there have been 3 instances of reaction to their food. I suspect corss contamination to be the issue...

You may wish to try Silk soymilk from Imagine Foods. IMHO it is the best on the market! Open Original Shared Link If you are looking into Soymilk, I assume you have a milk/casien/lactose issue. If so, check out Soy Delicous "Ice Cream" It is made from Soy, and is batch tested for many allergens, including gluten milk, and nut. Between all of us freaks...
