  1. How great to hear from richard: I TOTALLY agree. Forget the "brickettes", at some high end grocery stores or Lowes, Home Depot all have "natural wood charcoal". It is just charded wood. It does not burn like brickettes, you just add to it for you next grilling. Also, buy some hichory wood chips, soak them in water and put then on the wood chips before...
  2. Some of us, well me tend to do a high carb diet. I add the proteins, not because I want them nor desire them, but because I need them. I am one of the Celiac dxd persons who never liked bread, pasta, beer, or the likes of all. So would it not be the assumption, that my body was telling me what it needed and what it did not....Or could I be the exception...
  3. I know that Chrones Disease, smoking is actually encouraged. That is if you were a smoker before dx'd.
  4. Well babe, I guess you have to ride it out. Drink lots of water and flush as much as you can. I think that will help a little. Lisa
  5. I always worry about not word, Judy or Vincent, we would love to hear........... I always thought that no news was good news, but not in this case.... please let us hear. Lisa

  11. Susan: There is one thing that I have learned in my 51 years...........is that yesterday is gone and, as you said, when the sun rises in the morning IT IS A BRAND NEW DAY. Every day is a new start, no matter what yesterday gave you. Every 24 hours is a new start. Sometimes we don't take advantage of that. Get a good night sleep, and tomorrow...

Apparently, many recommed that it takes 4 weeks..........well, super woman that I am did it in two weeks.....crap. I'm find during the day and feel very good, sort of revived. Around 4 or 5 in the eve., I get the dizzies. Turning my head too fast, or plain...
  16. Hah, Mrs. Mayor: Well, Rachelville don't seem to have any problems to deal with other than bats and spiders. Do we need to call a public forum to discuss the need to bannish both or work with the arachnids and flying mammals. Shoot, we can have a spider farm and feed all the biting insects to them at a far end of Rachelville and by the time the flying...
  17. TWO WEEKS!!!! For real? I suppose now the next effect would be the crying and tears, which will totally freak Jim out. I wonder if sometimes these are medical advancements? Don't like this feeling. Lisa
  18. Karen For years I was suffering from cronic back pain, lower back. Then, I was dx with IBS and the DR. said that it was two things going on and unrelated. Don't go to him anymore. Since gluten free, guess what....no more back pain, unless big time glutened. Don't know if that helped. You know more about all this stuff then me. But I hope...
  19. Update and question: It has been two days and the "shocks" are gone, but the light headedness, vertigo, or dizziness are very active in the early evening. Anyone know how long this withdrawal from Lexipro will take.? It feels like when you are drunk, cross your eyes and sway you head around. This is the pitts How long will this last? Any...
