  1. I like the Rudi's ones too, but I wish I could find some that are as pliable as wheat flour ones. I have high hopes for the Udi's ones but it will probably be months before I see them.
  2. I reacted to the Lime & Salt variety of Orville Redenbacher microwave popcorn a couple of weeks ago. It was pretty bad. While there may not be added gluten in the ingredients, there was definitely something in that popcorn.
  3. The only metal pot I've had to replace is the one I cooked pasta in. It has a white film on the inside that just will not scrub off, and I seem to have a small reaction when I use it, so I bought a new one at Kohl's that is better anyhow because it has a strainer lid. The rest all seem to be fine.
  4. Peeps are labeled gluten-free in the US.
  5. I have eaten it and didn't notice anything adverse, but I now know that I was not yet totally gluten-free at that time due to my herbal tea having gluten in it (surprise!). Our store is smaller though and we were not ordering at a busy time. The crust was very good. I'm just not sure I'd have such a positive experience now that I have been "actually" gluten...
  6. If you drink herbal teas, give them a Google and be sure they don't have barley malt or something else gluteny included in their "natural flavors."
  7. I love frozen meals, because they make it easy to come home to a quick meal and keep me from trying to get takeout, which can be a challenge and still sometimes turns out badly from a gluten-free standpoint. Amy's are my favorites since I'm vegetarian as well -- I find that a lot of the ones without a "Gluten Free" banner across the top are gluten-free.....
