I've wondered a few times if something was going on with my eyesight. I will see people on the street or in a store, and think "There's _____ (someone that I have known for years)." The more I look at them, the more I think, I don't know if that is them or not. Maybe this is something that I need to bring up to my eye doctor??? Cindy -

I sprinkle Gluten Free Pantry Chicken Flavor Broth Mix on veggies or rice. It gives them a nice flavoring. Cindy -
I wasn't diagnosed with celiac until age 46, but up until that time I was only having occasional bowel problems. Thinking back now, as a child, whenever I got a sore throat my tonsils would swell up and have these white humps on them. Cindy

I sleep with a fan on in my room all year round. Some nights, I do pull the covers up over my top half and just let my legs hang out. During the really cold weather I do put the cover on, but still leave the fan on for circulation. I am not only hot at night. I also keep a fan on under my desk at work all year long.
