    What about using natural honey? I have a friend who we call a 'health nut' who only uses honey to sweeten his coffee/tea. I gave up white sugar at home years ago but still used sugar in the raw.     celiac3270 - what do you think gluten sensitive enteropathy means? My Celiac panel test results was flagged only for the tTg, saying this antibody level is 99% specific to GSE. When I asked the doctor (on the phone) what that meant all he could say was that he doesn't think I have celiac disease and that my results are inconclusive.

    Well Katie actually the doctor told me he was ording a full Celiac panel including the EMA so I have no idea why it isn't on my results page. If no one calls me to discuss in the next week, I'm going to get the biopsy done elsewhere. This is ridiculous!!!! And thanks for your post!
