Ellyntoomey, Make sure she does not use the same utensils for touching the dishes (ALWAYS A BIG PROBLEM on TUKEY DAY) Just have her make you a plate first and then let everyone else dive in -- much easier.... I beleive her complaint regarding citric acid stems from her yeast allergy, not gluten intolerance... I could be incorrect, though... My suggestion to get carbs without yeast.. Corn Tortillas (no gluten, no yeast) -- try Mission corn tortillas at the grocery store Microwave them and add luncheon meat/veggies and yeast free/gluten free condomints... -

Good old Dayton, Oh.....my hometown (Beavercreek) I look forward to my trip there next month and hopefully a trip to "Old Hickory" -- the BBQ place on Brown Street....hmmmmmmmm About the cookies, try using google..I had a few hits.. Well, Here is their response when I asked them about their gravy / wheat fiber/proteins. Dear Customer, The wheat fiber doesn't contain proteins - that are the source of gluten..so yes, the Mushroom Gravy is gluten free. Danna is awesome (I met her in San Diego last year). Her book is more cautious than others, but how is that a bad thing? On the Frito-Lay thing -- they do produce the gluten-free list, but they have several facilities where items are produced on lines where gluten-friendly items were produced also. Though it may not the most popular thing to say on this board, I will say it. Yes, A Pizza is 1000 times more toxic for you than a breadcrumb...its not even close. You don't need a doctor to figure that out. Having said that, that stupid crumb can beat your intestine up and make you feel like "crap" for an unspecified amount of time or do damage... -
