    There's the old crap ---SOYBEAN OIL--was it listed on the label with the 'spices'?????? know if would have seen that if listed but since it was said here if didn't have soy just got it.     HI well I went all over trying to find some soy free mayannoise and found the canola hellmanns...finally. ck'd alot of products and even ones i'd used before had SOY now. Be careful with the Trader Joes. by the time i got home at 6:00 I was too tried to try Nini's chicken but did a great chicken stir fry with a combo of white/ brown rice. it was so...

    sometimes i think i'm losing it too. people can't see why i have to have the lights so bright. my eyes seem to be really affected. have a apt with eye dr in a week. 2 pair of new glasses in a year and still can't see with the 3 no line glasses. judy in philly

    I get Trader Joes spring water Tuna with out salt. There is not soy listed. only Albacore, spring water and that's it. NOW that's if they haven't changed it. They have been doing alot of that.     I think so of the cooking gluten-free cookbooks have some. i'll ck for you never thought of making my own I wouldn't want to use raw eggs guess you have to cook it Lord, another thing for this 'non cook' to cook. Judy
