    this is the one thing that keeps me sane...or at least as sane as I'll get. I totally agree with you opinion that we must alternate our exercise...i was swimming in a class and my chiro said that everyday was hurting me more than helping. so i do every other day and try to garden or walk the other days. by walking i just mean around my yard which has lots...

    Sharon's sorbet is listed on the trader Joes gluten-free list here in Media PA I'm dying to try it. Going to get some tomorrow if you guys let me know about the sweetnest. I did try some other sorbet and found it SOOOOO SWEET that i didn't like it. Is this really sweet? I like the idea it's more 'creamy' like ice cream. I really miss my ice cream do...

    Hey, been meaning to ask...what on the road for 2 weeks, when i use the restroom, and the soap is in the despencer, we don't know what kind of soap it is...dagh, I got some of the hand sanitizer in the small bottle to keep in my purse but sometimes didn't have the purse. what do you guys do?     Hi Nini Your 2 plus swimming 3 x's a week have really helped me loss weight. NOW I NEED SOME HELP AND INFO. I've been in terrible pain since yesterday about 2:00 in the afternoon. Dave Howk is the manager and is gooooo in gluten-free now that I went and he's been emailing and calling me.     Damn Tiffany, Wish I could have taken you with me to CA. It seemed like my 'rehearsed' speech that I'd practiced, didn't come out that easily. I got so nervous with my relatives staring at me waiting to be seated and prancing from one foot to the other with rolly eyes I'd get all tongue tied...and embarrased for God's sake...I guess it was mostly that...

    Yah, Your previous advice is great. We wondered if they could do that and It's great to know. Next time I'm taking some tin foil. I was beginning to think they didn't even what to serve me. I had the Toaster bags, microwave sheets etc. I always do "your plan" but when we don't know where we're going to end up...have 20 other people who have schedules and...

As someone who just came back from 2 weeks on the road and eating every lunch and dinner out,,,,what do you say when they tell you they don't have a 'pan' all they have is a grill....???? I went without dinner and breakfast and lunch one day. Yes, I went prepared with my 'toaster bags' and extra food but still, we were on the road...

    HI I'm 64 with un dx'd celiac disease for 20+ years. I've been over weight since my thyroid was nuked in 3rd grade. I've been on every diet there is and for the first time ever, I've been 100% true to the gluten-free diet for just 8 months and have lost 40#'s without trying....I know I could be losing faster if I hadn't found Lays' potato chips were gluten...
