    Jennifer I don't usually fry anything but these look so good. Can i use canola oil to fry. know veg oil isn't as good for you but should i use that instead? also. what kind of oil did you use? Judy

    HI Nini how did you know they got 100% on their inspection? Did you ask or see a placque or certificate..? My friend and i have a date for wendy's every 3 months and I've eaten there since being dx and and it's been ok. Last tues I got sooooo sick thought it might be the cc and did eat a 1/2 of tube of sour cream on b/potato and am trying NOT to eat...

    thanks to all you for answering me. I'm printing this and taking to store after we can dig out this is what i purchased.. Herbatint says covers gray hair no ammonia my color was 'light golden blond 8D It says haircolor gel permanent. I HATE TO SAY THIS but i'm so afraid to use it. I'm such a clutch and can't get my left arm to go above my shoulder...

    Oh Lynne, let me tell you PLEASE, if I may. Swimming has saved my life along with my chiro. of course my Internist of 20 yrs is the hub of my medical wheel but I've seen so many specialists, at least 10 different kinds and years of searching for surgeons who will take my tumors off and bone graft my broken bones.. Just don't want to spend hrs on this thing...

    HI I've had some REAL issues dyeing my hair for the last year. Just afraid I might have to give it up. I want to cover up the grey. I'm not a vain person just like my hair so much better with some natural color. I now take my shampo and my conditioner to the salon. I don't let them put any of their products...used them at the same shop for 20 years...

    Lynne- Can't wait until tomorrow morning -- I love waking up to see it all white! I think it's just beautiful! Then I go outside and feed the birds -- It's Jim's and my favorit thing too. Now our rescue cat loves to watch with us. Jim an avid birder and we have 10 feeders on our deck. We get a 'wax corn type corn cob and attach on large metal screw...

    Yep, Patti- It was my dr of 20 years who heard me ----when i went in and said-- "water 'D' for 5 weeks, can't eat anything, can't go out of the house, no control--would get in the garden and 'woops' AND GAINED 16#'s...he listened then and got the test done with out me asking cause i didn't think of celiac's because i was FAT. Jen, I'm like you,,,like to try new things and for while when i wasn't teaching and was home for 5 years with Jason before he started kg, I'd take a adult educ class in anything from weaving, flower arranging, throwing pots, water colors...

    Sasha and Nini I too have always been so overweight..there was a thread on this a while back. since going gluten-free i've lost weight with not trying but once found 'lays p/chips..don't lose as fast. I get so annoid that they don't have 'loss of weight or gaining of weight' guess they'd think all us 'fatties' would say, OH I WANT TESTED..WELL COULD HAVE...
