    This is why I posted. I've been saying this all along on this forum when people say...any attention to celiac disease is good. I didn't and still don't agree with that. What I do agree with is ...THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE...and when we see something like this sailing out there on the cyber space..I FEEL IT'S UP TO US TO try to respond to these 'air heads...
