    I had both a couple of weeks ago w/o the gluten challange. I felt great the week and a half after with the clean colon I think...but now returning to old stuff BUT...SINCE I didn't do the gluten challange and have been gluten-free etc for 2 + years...I'M BETTING YOU'LL FEEL GREAT ONCE THE OLD GLUTEN IS TOTALLY OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM. GOOD LUCK

    So glad I found this thread. Several of us are finding the in addition to gluten-free, df, soy free...and on and on... that the limiting of high oxalate foods help the fibro symptoms. I hope others pop in on this thread. good luck..i use olive oil so gald to watch this info come in. Judy

It seems are so many bad stories out there and let me tell you my first one was done by a-- outstanding GI and personal friend and co worker in the hosptial....He truly cared about me..BUT HE did all the anesthesia and it didn't work at all...they couldn't put in out...colon spasmed...
