    I've had a really hard time finding gluten free sushi. It seems like the cross contamination risk is pretty high.     I have DH and have never really had noteworthy digestive symptoms.     The only drug store lines that I've been able to find that seemed to be gluten free were Wet n Wild and Physicians Formula. You'd have to search to be sure nothing has changed etc. When I looked, it looked like they only product Wet n Wild sold that had gluten in it was their Mega Plump mascara. I do use their lip glosses.

    We use a lot of the Weber spices if you have those. They are labeled gluten free and are very good!

    Thanks kareng, I do like those too! I was surprised to find that the cookie dough was gluten free. I like to mix in some K-Toos certified gluten free cookies to make my own cookie ice cream too.

    Adelaide is right, the one I ate was Sorbetto. I didn't realize they had both options, only that the one I ate was gluten and dairy free. I had the raspberry. I don't eat ice cream. If I do eat dairy the reactions I have are VERY different to gluten and to lactose, I would think it would be difficult to confuse the two for me anyway. I didn't have ANY...

    It seems to make sense to me. I lived on a low carb diet for about 6 years to control what I thought was hypoglycemia.     IrishHeart, it's funny, your post is very on point. My best friend is an engineer with a background in chemistry and he has tried to have the debate about cross contamination with my boyfriend.
