Well, I know that ART was the single most helpful thing in pinning down what was most stressful to my body. That was the first "testing" to find lyme for me. I was later able to back that up with actual lab testing, but wouldn't have even thought of testing for lyme had ART not found it. Hopefully you will be able to find someone who will be reasonable...

Ha, I was going to mention this but I tend to be a video maniac, so was afraid, lol. I have over 200 excercise videos and yes, it's a great way to learn correct form (mostly, lol) and technique. I've ordered LOTS of stuff from collage, and yes, love those clips. YES!!!!

Yeah, I thought of this. It didn't seem to make me hyper, but maybe this is how it manifests itself. I'll have to keep track of this. -

Yeah, if my doctor is right and I'm waking up so much because of my liver (and that DOES make sense), then maybe taking the charcoal in the middle of the night when my liver is trying so hard to detox is helping mop up some stuff that's floating around in there, and thereby taking some of the stress off. -

Julie, don't know about the finishing dust...I'm thinking of getting some pretty quickly though because if they discontinue it, I'll not get a chance to try it. Course that could be bad too if I like them. The "dusts" seem to have neat things added like "amino acids". Not sure why you need those on your skin, but hey, sounds good. -

Gives new meaning to the term "p(ea)-brain". I don't drink salt water, but I get SOOOO much salt in my diet, it's hard to imagine it could be lack of salt. I literally salt just about everything. I used to get the dizzy/nausea feeling all the time. Last year sometime it stopped and I only get it ocassionally now. That used to be one of my most troubling... -

  Okay, LOVING what I've tried so far from the new order. First...Sunlight concealor. LOVE IT! I can't take away my bags, but did a great job at lessening the dark spots underneath them, lol. I also used it on my eyelids because the skin there always looks a bit dark and my eyes are deeper set. Made a big difference...and I'm not... -

Morning all. I ended up NOT going to rehearsal last night...was all set to go, put on my coat and gloves, then started feeling dizzy and nauseated, so took off the coat and gloves and layed down...started feeling better, so got up and put the coat and gloves on, and started feeling dizzy and weird again, so gave up and just layed on the couch! ... -

OMGosh, yes my heart was breaking for Temptress...that was truly sad and touching. I only watched the first half...went to bed at 9:00. I recorded it so I can watch the rest and speed through as appropriate. -

All is well...my leg hurts less and it's still attached to my body. Kassandra, I asked whether I should do it in the morning or afternoon and they said it didn't matter. I've been getting them in the office at around 3:00 and it hasn't seemed to make things any worse than they are sleep wise, lol. Course tonight will be a bad sleep night anyway... -

Well, you tried Nyxie! Yay, Sherry's in the USA, lol. Okay, so here's a little know factoid about me. I am a total and absolute KLUTZ. Sometimes I get by in life with the klutz trait barely noticable, and other times, like today...fear for your life. So, I'm getting my shot stuff ready...feeling really nervous about the whole thing. I get everything... -

ARCHIVED Caprylic Acidand Psyllium Husk
dlp252 replied to holdthegluten's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
Well both of those can be kind of harsh in their own way. Caprylic acid is a pretty strong antifungal and the psyllium is very strong and bothers lots of people, but it really sounds like more like an allergic reaction. I take caprylic acid and I've taken psyllium in the past. If I have reactions, they are usually in the gut. -

Wish I DIDN'T know!!!! I know all too well. DHL was pretty darned fast this time...I ordered on Friday and it was delivered today. Well, I just bought two new mascaras and the one I'm wearing today is NOT going to be one I wear often, lol. So, can't help you there, lol. -

I'm wearing comfy today...it looks copper in the jar, but it's smokey brown on me with just a touch of copper sparkle at certain angles. I just got exhale in today's shipment so haven't tried it yet....it's a fairly medium to dark brown with some reddishness to it (in the jar...it will probably look totally different on, lol). I LOVE the smokey... -

Paula...I won't post how I like them until I actually wear them...I'm finding that how they look in the jar isn't necessarily a good indicator of how they look on me. New Car Smell look peach to me, but it's a nice light shade so might not be TOO peach. Favorite Hoodie looks interesting and I can't wait to try it. And, for some reason I'm really... -

Gosh Kassandra, I don't know...how does it not look good...does the color change? or does it get shiney, or lose color? I can see that Mango answered you...maybe a finishing dust would help as she suggested. -

OMGosh they just delivered my box. I am so excited...I haven't even really looked at the colors YET, but they sent the regular eye shadow BRUSH!!!! Yay! I thought I was getting another angled brush, but YAY, got the regular brush. That ALONE is worth the wait, lol. They also sent another liner brush...can't have too many of those, and of course the... -

{{{{GASP}}}} Actually, I've also been looking at the minerals that Susie posted about a few pages ago...they have some really fun colors. BUT, I've been holding back until I get all the eye colors from EM...which should be in about 30 minutes, max. -

In the special that we were talking about above, Randy said something about this... The interviewer asked something about Simon's comments and Randy said something like. Yeah, but you know that whatever it is that Simon said, at least half the people watching are thinking the same thing. I had to agree with that, lol. I think sometimes the personal comments... -

She is the one who always looked TOTALLY shocked whenever the judges said something good about her. I think she toned that down in the last few shows though.
