  2. Well, there can sometimes be more than one possible meaning. For instance, DH can mean Dear Husband, or it can mean Dermatitis Herpetiformis, which is a skin condition related to Celiac. The context of where it is used should tell you which it is. However, DS usually means Dear Son. I don't believe I've seen HS though.

  15. The first thing that comes to my mind is something you're eating. Try not having the coconut aminos for awhile, and see if the odor fades. Perhaps it is due to leaky gut. I had noticed an unpleasant skin odor during the time I had leaky gut, but only detectable on the back of my left hand (I'm right-handed).

  19. There is quite a bit of info on the role of B12 in nerve health. So I'd say those symptoms could very likely be related to B12 deficiency. Although there are probably other things which can be involved, given your test results, it would not surprise me if those issues resolve once the deficiency has been taken care of.

  24. IMHO, your level is not just low, but very low. I've read that the body cannot assimilate more than about 5-6mg of vitamin B12 per day. So although the shots may get the serum level up more quickly, I don't know if it's just putting a bunch in circulation, until the body can actually assimilate it.
