    well my iron was in range according to the test, cause they ranged normal to be 35-150..yes, more on the lower side though. And the TIBC is well within range cause the normal range states 250-450. THis test was also done well before I went gluten-free. Besides my semi-fatigue, i really didnt have other symptoms. Whats ice-chewing??

    i know i have celiac disease, was dx a month ago....i had the doc send my the test results, but i have no idea what it all means....can anyone help... TIBC 382 Iron 61 % sat 16 (which is noted as low) but what is it mean? UIBC 321 (Noted as high) TSH 1.09 B12 485 tTG Ab, IgA 168 CLO test...noted as yellow (negative)?? All the CBC tests were in...

    I havent gone to the support group yet, my mom has though, i was just dx 1 month ago, but they have a meeting coming up in a few weeks i will go too...do you go? do you find them helpful? thanks

    Not sure if i posted this in the right area..But this might seem like a silly question until i realized last night that my bf had pizza for dinner, then i went out with him, and thought could i get contaminated from kissing him b/c he just had pizza?     gluten-free for a about a month. Ive always had what they call a geographic tongue, but the past few days my tongue has had this bland flavor, and i noticed that it had this velvety type white coating on it, today its not so white, but i was doing some reading about candida, and was curious if thats what it could be? its not painful or anything like that...

    I didnt ask about the MAC lipsticks, cause i dont tend to wear them, but she did say all the lipglass was gluten-free. If you call them, they are very nice about it, and seemed to know exactly what they were talking about!

    Thanks for the info, i figured as much that it was related to that...did you take/do anything to ease the pain? i was burping a lot afterwards too, lol. might have been a lot of gas floating around down there...

    i eat a lot of corn chips cause they are safe for celiacs, but do u consider brands like tostios safe? should u check each brand by calling to find out for cc? any suggestions on good ones...

    So I have a quick question...when a package lists natural flavorings we dont know if its safe unless we contact the company right? But if its a company like Nestle and we know they are safe, then can we have any of their products if it lists natural flavors??

For those of you familiar with Omni Foods Supermarket, (if your not visit their website) On top of there current selection of gluten-free foods...I got a list of NEW gluten-free foods they will be carrying starting within the next month or so. They are located in MASS...on RT 9 in Chestnut Hill and in Weston center also...
