  3. sorry for all the questions... im just realizing how many things i have that i have to check now ive been reading a lot about health and beauty and whats safe and what isnt. Anyone know about perfumes? also i use a lot of MAC makeup, i know there lipglass is gluten free (i called on that one), but anyone use there compacts (powder)?

  5. i have been using pantene and aveda shampoo and conditions forever...now that im 95% sure that im going to be dx with celiacs i need to know what shampoos are safe...any good ones u use that u recommend? also anyone use a good deoderant that gluten-free? thanks

Thanks =) OIC yah the doc took me off this antibiotic cause i was having diarrhea....same thing happend to me with eating the food...and u know its funny know that u told me, i got this weird look rash right behind my knee today...not sure if it was something from the procedure, or maybe the meds, not too sure... not sure if he will put me back on a different...
  7. Thanks the test was ok, just a lil sore throat, looks like i may be positive for CF...but have to wait for the biopsies....but the doc said my villi are pretty flat.... Why do you say you had problems with the antibiotics? I actually had to come off them cause i was having some not so nice reactions...yuck! they took me off, and didnt put me on anything...

  9. thanks for the comforting thoughts.... yah i dont take asprin, but have been taking advil and robitussin. I forgot to ask about those meds....I did ask about the antibiotics and he just told me to keep taking them, so i guess its ok....
  10. Ok so i have been doing somewhat ok this week, but i have to go to the endo test this friday....I have a little bit of anxiety issues already, and im starting to get more.... Anyone want to share their experience...? Also does anyone know if being on antibiotics would cause the test to be screwed up? i just found out i have bronchitis I cant imagine...

  12. i havent been 100% diagnosed but i find this interesting, cause when all my symptoms started up, i noticed swelling down there too, however it was only after me and my bf had used a condom.....do condoms contain gluten?!?!

  14. hello.... I havent been dx with this YET, my mom has, good chance i have it too though... Just been reading a lot of your posts about getting glutened, i know that certain people are more sensitve than others, but more importantly what happens to you internally? Is it really bad to slip up?
  15. im not yet DX with celiac disease, but pretty good chance i have it due to my history. My endo test is this friday so i will know then. But reading your posts about anxiety....I was very curious, because when my symptoms started I was having pretty bad anxiety attacks....it got better cause im seeing someone now for it, but it was very strange when they started...
  16. I am not 100% diagnosed yet with celiac disease, but there is a pretty good chance i have it. In regards to you anxiety, i actually had that about a year ago, lost the weight, stated to lose a little bit of hair, and i always felt like there was a lump in my throat or my throat would be closing up. Were u doing anything/thinking of anything?? Keep a record...
  17. Yes... anything that u can tell me that u use or that you know of that is gluten-free would be greatly appreciated....from chapstick, make-up to lotions, shampoos
  18. carrie- so even lotions can still get into your system and give u problems, and here all i thought i only had to deal with food.... Well i could consider myself somewhat lucky, my bf owns a supermarket chain, so he brings home allll sorts of food, which most i can not touch, but i will have to take advantage of him so he can now start to bring in gluten...
