    I Call my Gastro the "idiot" I was going to him for over a year, he put me through every test you can think of, kept telling me if I just did a cleanse I would feel better, 3 times he had me cleanse, still sick as a dog, then he said to try a antidepressant. I went back to my PCD he did the celiac disease blood test, came back positive, I called the idiot...

  4. thanks liz, I'll try rice milk, can it be used in coffee and for baking/cooking? I hope its not soy, but it seems more and more stuff is bothering me
  5. the soy milk is gluten-free. I just can't figure out whats bothering me, because sometimes my symptoms don't start till the next day so I don't know if its what I ate today or yesterday, and something simple thats hasn't bothered me seems to cause trouble out of the blue. this is so frustrating. I really need to get tested for soy/dairy/corn, but I don...

Hi Guys, I'm starting to think many other foods do not sit well with me, I bought soy milk [DF] today and put some in my coffee, half way through my belly was going crazy, noise,bloat, cramping. it seems to happen if I have dairy too. the longer I'm Gluten free, the more other things seem to bother me. its really making me mad, It's like now what else CAN...

  8. this is a different gluten-free beer, its made by lakefront brewery, I just emailed them to ask if I can get it in ma this was on there website.... Is your New Grist beer Gluten Free? (Submitted by John) Yes, New Grist is gluten free.
  9. I'm from mass too, I bought a gluten-free beer a few weeks ago, but I can't remember the name, it was only sold separately in 16 oz cans, the can was tall, thin silver, made in japan I think..rice beer. it was really good tasted like regular beer..sorry I can't remember the name.
  10. can't seem to find much at my whole foods and since I'm trying to stay away from dairy I thought I might order online..what do you like? I'm getting tired of wasting money. also can't get enjoy life cookies, are there any you really like? thanks
  11. stonehams a trip for me, I shop at the bellingham WF. I went back today, the kid said he didn't order them for me bacause on the order list it said "food for life brown rice" but not gluten free. I said those are them, so he will order them today...I hear they're good but, fall apart sometimes

  15. hi judy, he had it pretty bad, I used to stay up and watch him sleep because he would stop breathing and I would have to wake him. he tried the mask, hated it!! he tried to loose weight, did loose some, but because his neck is so big it made no difference, anyway he had his uvula [sp?] removed and the excess skin inside his neck removed, the healing process...

  17. so happy to see this post, monday night I was up all night with terrible stomach pain and sweating like crazy, it was like the heat would start at my toes and slowly work its way up, this went on all night with the pain. I can't think of any gluten I ate, but I must have been glutened, it happened twice before. I also have discord lupus.
  18. my hubby had sleep apnea very bad, he had the surgery..its like he's a new man, to this day he say's its the best thing he has ever done. have you thought about it?

  20. Hi Kirsten, as you know from reading my post, I'm new too this too and having trouble, I just wanted to say I hope you feel better real soon. lots of helpful ppl here, we should be ok I agree, its scary at times. hugs, Betty
  21. thanks marcia, I'm going dairy free too, thats really hard because most of the gluten-free food as dairy in it. I walk in and out of the kitchen looking for something to eat..nothing dinners not bad, its trying to find a lunch that won't hurt too much
  22. thanks lisa. have you tried San-J tamari sause? its great mixed with rice. I sauted onion and garlic added it to the rice threw in peas,carrots broccoli and some of the sause..yum

  25. thanks I was there last week and they said they would be updating within a few weeks. now if the would just start carrying the gluten-free food for life tortillas I want lol
