    I buy it at Walmart and at many local supermarkets, BIG Y, Stop & Shop, Price Chopper etc. It is much cheaper at walmart though.

    I am amazed at the number of people on the board that are asymptomatic.!! I never would have thought there were this many here.

    My mother-in-law was DX a few years ago. My husb and son just DX recently. My husb's 3 siblings were tested with negative results.My brother-in-laws autistic son was tested negative also.

    I emailed WalMart and recd a reply that they could not tell me if this product contained gluten or not. I replied back that since this is their product ,I have a right to expect a correct answer from them.     IMO the GI is a specialist and worth the $20 copay. Our primary physician is fine for routine stuff, but I prefer the specialists when it comes to things of this nature. I would look for another GI that you would feel confortable with.

    Hang in there Jasons mom. I was also overwhelmed when my husband was DX in Dec and my 8 yr old son a few weeks ago. Both are like you and have no symptoms.     Well, my husb Dr called today and wants to do a biopsy and advised him to eat gluten again for the 2 weeks prior to the test. Why didn't he do the biopsy when he was 1st diagnosed? the only test my husb has had is the blood test. Won't it be thrown off by eating gluten-free for the last month??

    I was always told that the secret to making any mozz sticks is to keep it frozen. frozen cheese will cook better and enable you to cook longer without the cheese melting out of the breading.

    Which varities of the healthy Choice and WW entrees are gluten-free? I never would of thought there would be mainstream gluten-free items in the supermarket freezer.Great news!!

    Oh I really hope someone replys back that yes there is a gluten-free egg noodles.....I know I can substitute Tinkyada pasta in place of noodles but it is not the same. To be able to make chicken noodle soup again, and serve beef stroganoff over noodles again!!! I get sooo excited when I hear of these things!! I'll keep my fingers crossed.

    I have not been able to find any high fiber CF cereal and i am not sure if there even is any. My husb needs the fiber due to Diviticulosis and used to eat Raisan brand every day. So, has any one found a high fiber cereal that is Gluten Free??

    My family used to love chicken flavored Rice a Roni- but now that they need to be gluten-free, I can't find anything comparable. is there a brand that is gluten-free, or does anyone have a recipe to make from scatch?

    Thank you everyone for the wonderful suggestions. I will compile a list of your favorites and take to the store with me. I will be sure to pick up the list of gluten-free items at the store. I am hoping to find things that I can't get at the local health food store. gluten-free crackers are hard to find, and gluten-free bread crumbs...impossible to find....
