    I love it there I eat there about once a month its yummy I always get the gluten free sweet and sour shrimp!! its good to here the spring rolls are good I wanteed to try them last time but didnt because I love the shrimp so much. me and someone usually share its so much!

    if you take your bread out about 20 mins early it will be perfect I think this is what I always do.

    peanutbutter is always good on anything from celery to apples.it is very filling. you could also send a bag of nuts. you could always send left overs from the supper before like left over soup or meat and veggies if she is able to use a micro wave. I am sure the kitchen workers would help you out with heating it in the back if its not avaliable. Pacific...

    They have a P.F. Changs, Flemmings steakhouse, and carrabas that all have gluen free menus. as for fast food wendy's- chili,baked potato, and side salad are all fine. Chick fli a also has gluten free menu items.. on their website the fries are great and they have added some fruit to the grilled chicken salad so its another good gluten free choice.

    wow !I thought I was the only one mine is when i suck in or blow out too, and also happens at least once a day! people think Im a freak and you wouldnt think you suck in or blow out too often durin a day but i feel sorta "empty" and can tell when it will do it before I even do it!

    This has been going on now for several months and I know I need to get it checked out but it doesnt hurt too bad and I dont trust doctors still since 5 years ago I had a horrible experience trying to get diagnosed... my doctor refused to test me for the condition and told me I could not live the rest of my life on a diet free og gluten..     I made some good gluten free candy with the almond bark.. melt the whole package of bark.. add 2 cups of envirokids peanutbutter cereal add 2 cups of peanuts/ or almonds 1 cup marshmallows I added some pretzels too just drop them out on to some wax paper and bam.. its real good.. we have so much candy junk around our house I had been tryin to gain weight...

    It seems all the bread mixes are lacking in nutrients.. I use the GFP mix and love love it but it is sorta lacking in the nutrient department.. does anyone have any suggestions?

    I was at a celiac support group meeting last night and they were sayin celiacs need to have a colonoscopy every 2 years. I am only 19 years old, and I was wondering if anyone knows if this is necessary for someone my age, they were shocked to know I have NEVER had one.. please if anyone has any information about this let me know!

    I have just scanned through this post but can you have nuts.. you can add nuts to lots of recipes and had a ton of healthy fat and they are a great snack that is about the only thing that helps me maintain my weight I am 19 but weigh 105 and im 5' 6'

    Julie or anyone else that eats perky os where do u find them they are so high on gluten free mall 6.00 a box! I ordered them once and it really helped my cero craving I love them! but is there a better way or cheaper way? I would like to use them in some hoilday"chex" mix

    Ok how embrassing that I need this but my stomach has been hurting so bad for the past week and has been terribly gasy I was wantin to try the gas x but it says starch does anyone know if its ok?

    I have heard of this left over hamburger deal that always scares me but Id say I eat chili once every 2 or 3 weeks and I knock on wood dont seem to have any trouble but I appreciate all your answers if anyone hears anything about the salads let me know.. I also do the whole order the burger without the bun if I go inside and make them change their gloves...
